I use to stay at the Double Tree down the street, however I switched to the Hyatt Regency in 2019 and it was the best decision I've ever made! Half the hotel has been freshly renovated. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The best part is the staff! Mayra, the front desk host, has been welcoming, friendly and accommodating! She always goes above and beyond to make my trip extra special. Thank you Mayra! Highly recommend this hotel for your next Disneyland trip or any trip!

The rooms are really nice but the beds are pretty hard. The food at the restaurants was great and the beer selection was good too. Nice having a Starbucks and 3 places to eat in the hotel. Not crazy over priced either. The lobby level pool was small but nice. We had a great time here. The shuttle to Disneyland was also great. We will be back for sure!

We loved the hotel in general. My daughter was very happy. We did have some AC issues for a few nights and also Pool was very dirty (bugs/hairs) so we decided not to use it.
Most people on staff are supportive, caring. It's mostly hit or miss with front desk staff. Some staff members can be rude.
Liked the fact they had their own shuttle (rare for hotels here these days) though it's paid, I do wish it was complimentary or had multi day pass discounts.
Hotel is very beautiful inside, we were given an upgrade to a suite but decided to stay in the South tower (newer room) vs a bigger space.
John, Gladys, and Mariana are very helpful. I will recommend this hotel and will come back again

We stayed 7 nights during Thanksgiving week 2022. It was our 1st time and definitely not our last one, we loved the hotel, customer service was amazing, the shuttle to Disneyland amazing, the drivers were so courteous and friendly. The valet parking was amazing too. I would just recommend to the hotel to improve the electric outlets, our room as barely three working outlets, besides that little issue everything is amazing. You have plenty of food options in a walking distance and a Target store right in front. The hotel is so quiet and discrete at any time. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby, you can just grab a hot chocolate while waiting for the Dinseyland shuttle to arrive. We are just planning to return as soon as possible.

Excellent Location and Staff but the Room is old and dated. The condition of the room was definitely not '4-star'. The furniture, amenities, and condition of the room were average at best and do not justify the price per night. However, the location was terrific for visiting Disneyland and the staff were wonderful and responsive.
