Had a really nice stay here. The staff are brilliant. Friendly and helpful. Rooms are generous if not a bit dated. My expectations were pretty modest here, but we ended up having a great stay.
The rooms are generous, I liked that. Parking was easy. Overall, the hotel felt very safe. Brilliant location.

Beyond exemplary service! My husband had surgery today & I wasn’t sure how I was going to manage getting him & everything upto the room. Eddie brought us out a wheelchair & helped wheel him up to the room & made sure we had everything we needed. He went above & beyond! I’m beyond thankful for Eddie’s help. I was in tears at his patience, help, and he had the most positive attitude and was so generous. Thank you Eddie! I honestly couldn’t have got my husband up to the room without you. Best service at any hotel I’ve stayed at by far!

Service here is impeccable. The rooms are in very good shape. The restaurant has an indoor and outdoor seating area. The food is very good and the beer selection is small but solid. The location is great since it's near the airport but far enough away that you don't have the airport hotel feel.

Josiah at the front desk was amazing! He greeted us immediately, thanked us for choosing this hotel. He even came out from behind the counter to hand us our room keys!
We asked for a room on a higher floor, he upgraded us to a family suite on the 7th floor.
The suite was amazing! As was the pool. We highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. We had 4 people in our party, so I had to sleep on the pull out couch, and I could feel the springs when I laid down. The location is in the middle of a business office complex, so this hotel would be good for meetings. However, if you are looking to do any sightseeing or shopping, you will need a car to go anywhere.
