As of 3/26/24 some construction is still going on. They are what seems to be in the final stages so it shouldn't be too much longer. Right now you still can't get in main entrance and what looks like possibly outdoor seating for the restaurant or entrance walkway are still closed
The lobby is beautiful and fancy. The restaurant is great for breakfast . Every single staff member was very nice from front lobby desk check in, maintenance workers, bus drivers, hotel cleaning staff. I will say at various hours of the day I saw maid carts cleaning rooms. They will do a welfare check on your room if you refuse housekeeping after 2 days.
3 elevators work very fast.
We got an amazing deal on our extended stay.

1st time stay, comfy room, great affordable package deals for family group. The package included room, tickets for the park for each, and buffet breakfast for each. All staff we encountered at different posts of hotel were welcoming and friendly. I was anticipating a couple of activities planned for the kids at the hotel, but I didn't see any. It might be because part of the hotel is under construction. Overall, it was a great stay experience at the hotel and had tons of fun at the theme park. We can't wait to go back, and we already recommended to family and friends. We got one family to change their plans from Disney to Knott's already. At Disney, one family member was going to stay home to afford the trip. But now that I recommended Knotts, all family members are going on vacation together.

Staff was amazing and extremely friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Room were clean and stocked. Water pressure has lots of room for improvement, as do some of the rooms. If you don’t lift weights good luck opening half of the room doors lol.

If you are going to Knott’s Berry Farm Park and need a hotel this place is great. The Knott’s Berry Farm Hotel just went through a remodel as of 2024 and everything is very nice.👍👍 The room is large and comfortable. If feel modern and up to date. Our two queen bedroom was great for our family and had room for a handicap power scooter to fit. Bed are comfortable, large bathroom and views are nice. There is a restaurant, Starbucks and bar inside. The best part you are so close to the amusement park and restaurants. We will stay here again.

If you are going to Knott’s Berry Farm Park and need a hotel this place is great. The Knott’s Berry Farm Hotel just went through a remodel as of 2024 and everything is very nice.👍👍 The room is large and comfortable. If feel modern and up to date. Employees were great. Hotel was nice. Breakfast buffet was ok. However, front entrance was closed, meaning everyone had to use the back entrance. I was also told over the phone that my park passes were good from check in to check out. When we arrived we were told they were only good for 2 days. As we stayed 2 nights, but 3 days we had to choose which day we wouldn't be able to enter the park.
The kicker was the day we came back to the hotel from the park and saw signs posted that if we didn't move our car by 8am the next morning it would be towed for paving. This was a surprise because staff had not told us anything about it. I'm glad I looked at the parking lot before heading in.
The next day no one new how to get to the park from the hotel because everything was roped off and there was no direction.
When we were leaving the hotel it was just as confusing trying to get out of there for the same reason.
Lastly, having bought park tickets with our stay, we still had to wait in the ginormous line to get into the park with the general population.
We came from out of state, and paid a lot of money for what ended up being an "okay" stay.
