I fail to see how this is a 4 star hotel. I suppose they pride themselves on the amenities offered but the rooms leave much to be desired. My room was shabby, ill kept, had holes in the ceiling and gashes in the walls. The bathtub had a residue from what appeared to be a more permanent bath mat and when I asked for it to be cleaned it seemingly was not or could not be removed.
I also asked for the bed sheets to be replaced as stuffing was coming out of the comforter. I then noticed after the bed was made and sheets replaced there were multiple stains on the pillow cases and such. I’m not sure why quality checks allude this hotel. It was gross to say the least.
Paying $35 a day for parking is absolutely ridiculous especially when you have to use the adjacent garage parking that is not connected to the hotel directly and requires a decent walk to get to the hotel. Yet the $35 per day fee continues to apply.
I guess if you’re big on amenities and are okay with a motel-esque room this place fits the bill. Otherwise you can do better. This was a disappointing experience.

It's a nice hotel, and they have excellent food, but housekeeping needs to be re trained or something. We checked in, and the bathroom counter and sticky stuff on it, Starbucks coffee lid plugs were found on the floor, the part where the water comes out for the bath wasn't secured, etc. We did notify front desk, and cleaned the room ourselves. The beds are comfortable, 1 of the beds had a goose down duvet, the other a different type of duvet. You know the linens are clean, as you smell the bleach on them.

This hotel is a joke. 3 star at best, I don't know why they're trying to pass as 4 star. Rooms were remodeled to they were decent but the hotel staff is non existent/rude when they do answer you. I checked in and there was someone else's toothbrush sitting in my shower. So that tells me that they didn't clean the shower after the last guest used it. Disgusting. I called the front desk and told them and the lady I talked to had a sour attitude. They only put 2 towels in the bathroom and when I went to take a shower with my husband that night I tried to call the front desk for extra towels and pillows because he has to sleep propped up due to sleep apnea and nobody will answer. I called on the night of Dec.31,2024 for about 5 hours periodically trying to reach someone and I even messaged the hotel on my app because nobody was answering the phone and I finally got a response saying someone will bring towels and nobody ever came. Just a horrible experience overall. Lack of care for guests and nasty attitudes when you finally do get to interact with someone. If you want to be neglected your whole stay and be in uncleaned rooms, this is the place to go.

They tried to charge me $12 more dollars a night for a microwave. When I asked what that charge was, they lied and said they gave me a higher floor, which they had given me a lower one. I spent two hours of my day nicely talking to them. Trying to be nice. They lied and said they took off the charges. I go back and they still kept the charges on. So I finally had to become that person everyone hates. The mad customer. And what took 2 hours of wasted time talking nicely and respectfully, was able to be accomplished with 1 minute of being a horrible person. And the hotel turned me into this. I tried for hours. I cannot believe their continued attempts to cover their tracks instead of doing the right thing. They even had the audacity to begin to get frustrated with me. Which I do not understand when you have been charged extra for a worse room and then they tell you they are charging you more because of a better room. This has become the new customer service. Lie and sneak. Lie and sneak charges on, then lie to cover them up because they think we won’t notice. Well everyone is doing it. So it’s quite easy to spot. You just assume they are lying and trying to trick you and these days, most of the time, you’re right! They should change the name of this place to the Hilton Nickle n Dime. Just trying to screw everyone coming through here for a conference like we won’t notice because it’s on someone else’s dime. DO THE RIGHT THING. WON’T COME BACK HERE. WONT BRING MY CONFERENCES BACK HERE EITHER.

I stayed at this hotel twice—first in August 2024 and more recently in December 2024. Both times, I found the rooms to be gross and poorly maintained.
During my first stay, my friend and I had to request a room change because the initial room we were checked into was obviously not cleaned. Dirty towels were left on the floor, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The second room we were moved to wasn’t much better. The hot shower kept breaking, and every time we called for a plumber from the front desk, we would have to wait a very long time. We had to keep following up to ask when they would arrive. On one occasion, the plumber even rudely accused us of not knowing how to use the shower.
My more recent stay in December was equally disappointing. I thought I would give this hotel a second chance….but there appeared to be blood on the bathroom door, and I noticed a bunch of random tape on the ceiling right above our bed.
Overall, both experiences were unpleasant, and the lack of cleanliness and proper maintenance is unacceptable.
