I had a fabulous stay, thanks to Doria, who excels in all aspects of hospitality. I'm eagerly looking forward to returning! Absolutely 5 stars all the way! The location is fab the rooms very spacious and well decorated and the bath is amazing! The staff are also amazing and cannot do enough for you! They are super dog friendly! One of the best hotels in LA and they certainly put the Luxe in Luxurious stays!

We recently hosted a weekend event before our wedding and everything was EXCELLENT. Rooms are spacious and clean, hotel staff is helpful and friendly, and the event spaces were excellent. Special shoutout to Judith and Saule for being so accommodating and working so hard to make our weekend so special, they are wonderful. The weekend was an absolute dream, 10/10 would stay here again.

Overall just okay. Won’t stay again due to an occurrence that took place during our stay.
Cons
Walls were very thin so it’s very easy to hear the people upstairs walking around; can also easily hear your next door neighbors.
Toilet flushed slow in our room

Customer service was good for the most part 4/5.
Valet services and drivers were very friendly and quick to respond
The premises were well kept and aesthetically pleasing overall.
The size of the room was pretty spacious and I did enjoy the outdoor patio with the view.

Reasons why I will not return to this HOTEL, to start with 3 good things, it has a good location, the hotel is nice and the customer service is good, they are very friendly and helpful.
Now, they need to really work on improving the analysis of which room to put a couple in. My husband and I were on vacation from another state and were put in front of a room that had children in it. They got up the next day at 7 to be screaming and breaking down the door to their room. We couldn't rest as we should and that's why we paid that hotel at somewhat high prices.
The next thing is that they don't have enough shampoo and bath soap in the rooms, for God's sake. A resort should have refillable bottles.
And lastly and most importantly, THEY CHARGE an additional fee for each day of parking, which is almost an insane $100. with everything and hotel taxes. Apart from the price of the room.
