I am a Hiltons Honors member and if service is not what I expect, I'm honest about it. My stay March 8-11 was fantastic! This location is truly top notch. The valet are superb, the lobby... gorgeous and detailed. Our room, 625, was ideally located. I enjoyed everything. Made for a perfect Oscars weekend.✨ The location was perfect as well. See you again soon!

Amazing view with Hollywood sign. Nice old fashioned room with amazing modern bathroom. Nice lobby with lots of things to do and rooftop bar. Large business center. everything walkable.

Had a wonderful time staying here. Staff were awesome! Helped me with everything. Room service was great and really enjoyed my meal. View from room was beautiful. Unfortunately, the room wasn't too clean. Mini bar items, nightstands and iPad were extremely dusty. The room was also small for the price.

2nd time staying here. Believe it or not for that wk it was the best affordable. Staff is very kind & professional. Would stay again when back in LA for work. Clean rooms, very quite, Bed was great w/ no trouble sleeping, the view was nice as well on the 3rd floor. Nice are. Close to a Starbucks for early Am coffee for on the go. The flowers & upkeep was impeccable & the valet great with cold waters in our car everytime.

Wonderful first time experience at the Beverly Hilton for a business stay. Service was exceptional, and the newly renovated rooms in the Wilshire Tower were spacious and pleasant, and had fully openable balcony doors to soak in views of Bel Air. At check-in, I was moved to the Wilshire Tower as part of Diamond membership, and I enjoyed a terrific Martini at the rooftop bar with my F&B credit.
Most certainly enjoyed my stay and will look forward to revisiting.
