We recently stayed at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood and had an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Our doors were opened for us, and our bags were escorted to our room while we checked in. To our delightful surprise, our room was upgraded and featured an incredible view along with a basket of complimentary snacks.
The personal touches really made our stay special. After a night out on the town, we returned to find champagne, a birthday card, and a custom chocolate the shape of the hotel waiting in our room to celebrate my husband's birthday, which was a thoughtful gesture that was a highlight of our trip.
The food was nothing short of fantastic. We enjoyed a delicious dinner through room service, a rack of lamb and a burger, and breakfast on the terrace the next morning, which was equally as great. The hospitality and attention to detail at the Sunset Tower Hotel are unmatched. We loved every moment of our stay and can't wait to return!

Our new favourite hotel! Our 3-night stay was one of the best hotel experiences that we have ever had. The staff was lovely, the lobby, our incredible room with a terrace, the restaurant/pool, and all of the facilities are incredible! Plus, the location is perfect. Just incredible touches by the staff throughout our entire time, they truly made us feel like family! Thank you to the whole staff for an incredible few days!

Our new favourite hotel! Our 3-night stay was one of the best hotel experiences that we have ever had. The staff was lovely, the lobby, our incredible room with a terrace, the restaurant/pool, and all of the facilities are incredible! Plus, the location is perfect. Just incredible touches by the staff throughout our entire time, they truly made us feel like family! Thank you to the whole staff for an incredible few days!

The level of service we received was impeccable. Everyone was extremely friendly. We love art deco buildings, which is why we chose Sunset Tower and it did not disappoint. The location was also perfect for us. My only issue was that the lighting in the bathroom was far too dim for doing my make-up. I had to sit in front of the mirror in the entryway, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, however, we were extremely happy with our stay and look forward to coming back again.

Incredibly friendly and well-trained staff. Breakfast by the pool every morning was such a great spot. Barbara the restaurant manager went out of her way every day to make sure the experience was perfect. 10/10 will stay here again

Amazing hotel with top class service. Felt like a 5 star hotel in all aspects. Valet is very helpful. Restaurant food is tasty and ambience is upscale. The front desk is welcoming and courteous. They even removed the crib charges from the final bill when we requested as we were not told that the crib will be chargeable. These all gestures make a big impact. Room is cleaned every day and have great views. It's part of amex fhr collection so got room upgrade and breakfast credit. However we had to pay the taxes and tips as they were not part of the credit. Overall, happy that we chose Sunset Tower hotel.
