This is a beautifully landscaped facility with a nice layout, open air feeling to the facility. The service from the beginning to the end was excellent. The rooms were large, well appointed and ours had a great balcony view of the beaches and ocean. The facility had a large pool area, plenty of outdoor seating and dining with multiple fire pits for a comfortable, cozy outdoor atmosphere. The only negative I have about the layout is that you had to go through the gated pool area to get to some of the rooms. Food was good for hotel food and reasonably priced.

The facility had a large pool area, plenty of outdoor seating and dining with multiple fire pits for a comfortable, cozy outdoor atmosphere. The only negative I have about the layout is that you had to go through the gated pool area to get to some of the rooms. Food was good for hotel food and reasonably priced.

My family and I have been coming to this locations for years. But until the recent ownership change, we were never fully happy. Let me tell you, as Zachari Dunes, this locations has truly been elevated. The rooms have been beautifully updates (this is an all-suite property), the ocean views and proximity to the beach are still incredible, and there is so much to do for everyone. Our most recent visit was one with the kids. They loved playing in the game room, had the best time in the pool, did crafts and a freeze dance at the tennis courts, played basketball... you can rent video game consoles and Nintendo Switches, so if your kids simply NEED their game time, you can offer that. We dined at Ox & Ocean on property, as well as Sugar Beats.
We rented beach chairs, boogie boards, and bikes... there is no lack of fun to be had as a family.
Now, this locations is simply perfect for romantic getaways, and even girls trips. The spa is lovely, there is Yoga on the beach. There is just so much for whatever type of trip you desire. We absolutely love this as our getaway.

The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is very hospitable and friendly.
I love the extra large Jacuzzi and the beachfront access. They also have a lot of daily activities including some free beach rentals.
It's a great vibe here and I'm loving it 🥰
The only thing is to remember there's tar in these waters so be mindful of your feet and shoes getting dirty. The front desk gave me wipes that did the trick so that was super helpful!

Great rooms and great place, but more than anything really great staff! They literally opened the store for us in the middle of the night so we could get snacks. Anytime we called the front desk for some thing they were right on it. Really amazing staff!

This was previously an Embassy Suites. The underground parking was a bit high in price at $38 per night self parking. The rooms were nice but a little dated. We had an ocean front suite with a porch. The bathrooms were stocked with body wash, conditioner, and soap, which is nice when flying. With a suite, a larger refrigerator would have been nice. Overall, we had a good experience. Definitely try them out. Please see my review for the on-site restaurant, Oxe and Ocean.
