I have been a wedding officiant for 26 years. Camarillo Ranch is a wonderful place to have your ceremony and reception. There are multiple sites on the venue in which you can choose to have your ceremony. A beautiful, historic wedding venue that is as good as any in Ventura County.

The house and grounds are lovely and give a glimpse of life in Camarillo in the early 1900s.
My only reservation was the docent who kept saying she could not remember or did not know. She came across as a newbie even though she's been doing it since 2017. She could have made the experience so much better.

We just had our wedding here 10/23/22 and it was amazing! Molly and the rest of the staff at Camarillo Ranch really know how to put on a party! We are so happy that we choose the Ranch for our wedding venue.

This is a lovely historic home. It's not very old (built 1893, which is a few decades after our family home) by many historical ideas but for California, that's pretty old. They clearly updated everything in like 1915-28 teen-thru-twenties period based on the latches and make of the cabinetry but it's a lovely place. Lots of family history remains and that's always what makes a place interesting.
They get a bit nervous with kids and tried talking in code about doing the tour different because we had a 6 year old but this 6yo is super sharp so knew just what they meant. She was fine but still can't get over that the play room for kids was in an attic she couldn't see. But she was thrilled by the doll houses, including one she could play with!
The TREES! You need to see these unique and massive trees. You probably never saw these types and certainly not this variation in one place. It's lovely.
