Thank you to NOOR for giving us the opportunity to film their 3D virtual tour! 😊 Robert and his team are wonderful good people. Honest, easy-going, accommodating - a total Class Act!
The beautiful Sofia and Ella Ballrooms (pictured) are the perfect venues for large or intimate events: weddings, fundraiser galas, corporate events, holiday parties, christening receptions, birthdays, proms, and more.
Sofia seats up to 320 guests for seated banquets and 600 guests for a cocktail-style reception. Ella seats up to 120 for formal receptions with a dance floor and up to 250 guess for a cocktail-style reception.
The venue is also conveniently located right downtown and around the corner to the City Hall. Perfect! If you want to feel taken care of, in a safe classy environment, this is the place for you! ❤️

Stunning place! One of the best venues in Los Angeles. What makes the place extra special are the people who run it. Robert and his team are kind, professional, honest, and accommodating. They will make you feel at home. Everything is impeccable. The decor, the ambiance, the vibe, the cleanliness. The venue is located conveniently in downtown Pasadena near City Hall. The sunset and views from the balcony are spectacular! A wonderful place to host any type of event - intimate or large, catered to all types of people, where you will feel safe, have fun and feel taken care of. I hear NOOR stands for light', 'illumination'. This place will light up your life, for sure! ⭐️❤️

We have hosted our annual fundraising luncheon at NOOR for the past several years (three in-person events) and they have never disappointed! The staff is always attentive, very thorough and extremely willing to go above and beyond to make our event a success. Their event space is beautiful and well equipped. We even had our event outside on the terrace last year and it was beautiful. I would highly recommend contacting Robert and his staff with any size event you have - big or small.

I'm not sure where to start for this absolutely incredible experience. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams at NOOR. When beginning to look around for venues, I had done a quick Google search for places which accommodate small weddings in LA. NOOR was the first venue I chose to peruse. I decided to call, and the minute I spoke with Robert (who was very quick to respond), I knew we had found our location.
To begin with, Robert is a kind, lovely man, who genuinely wants to make your event perfect. Being musicians who lost ALL work during the "shutdown", we were working with an embarrassingly small budget. Robert was very tactful and kind when explained our situation, and helped us find the perfect options for us. Honestly, absolutely everything provided exceeded our hopes and expectations.
The entire process of planning was so easy - made seamless by Kaelan, our event manager (who is also hard-working and very sweet). Robert and Kaelan made every effort to accommodate us in every way to make it the most special day for us. They were always quick to respond, making communication simple. All aspects of the contract were clearly explained, and the timeline / due dates were easy to follow.
We held our reception in the stunning, tastefully designed Art Deco foyer, as we only had around 50 people. The table settings were gorgeous, the drinks were perfect, and the plated meals and their presentation were outstanding. I love that NOOR's packages include the linens, plates, silverware, glassware, gratuities, and other fees - we didn't have to stress about a thing! Speaking of the packages offered, NOOR has amazing options for any budget!
For our ceremony, we were supposed to be married on the pretty patio, but unfortunately, it rained that morning. Despite the last-minute change to hold the ceremony indoors (which was still beautiful), the day of our event went perfectly. During the reception, the staff were amazing and kind to everyone, and treated us, literally, like royalty. Our friends and family raved for weeks about how incredible everything was, saying it was the perfect mix of class and unpretentiousness. Even my 8 year old son could not believe the quality of everything and has declared he, too, will be married at NOOR! 😂
I cannot recommend this venue, and all of it's staff, enough. I wish we could host more events there! A million thanks to Robert and Kaelan for giving us an unbelievable day, and memories we will cherish for a lifetime.

Had my wedding at NOOR ELLA in October 2021 with about 105 total guests a total cost of about $20k for the venue only which included food catering, room rental, chairs, tables, linens, open bar, and few other enhancements).
I had 5 months to plan the whole wedding and my experience with the venue was positive: Anna was my event manager, very sweet, responsive, and accommodating. Ella room is sooo elegant and romantic, convenient guest parking and location, Excellent service and the food was delicious.
NOOR offered a list of preferred vendors which I found helpful. I went with their preferred florist (Del Sol Flowers/ Narciso) who did an amazing job. note that the preferred vendors list doesn't however guarantee their availability so I ended up looking elsewhere for other vendors
I wished the stage in the room was removable because it was too small and limited how I could decorate it, also was not enough space to accommodate my ballgown!!!!!. luckily I had two dresses for my wedding, the other one was a mermaid dress that I changed into before the grand entrance.. on my wedding day, most things went by smoothly and as planned, minor issues came up and were handled promptly by the management.
as an overall, I was happy with my experience.
