I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a weekend of business and pleasure in the area. As a current Titanium Elite and recent Ambassador, I have stayed in a lot of Marriott's many excellent brands/hotels. The Marriott Warner center and it's wonderful staff went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations on many levels.
First, Marianella checked me in, providing a very warm welcome as well as other great service throughout my stay. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable, with a wonderful balcony with beautiful views. Then I enjoyed the M Lounge, where Bella warmly welcomed us and provided exceptional customer service, making us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Then, a stop at the bar was made very special by Erick's wonderful service as well as being very personable. Other staff provided great service too, though I didn't get their names.
The property is very ideally located, with lots of great restaurants, shops and amazing Warner Park, all a short walk away. This hotel is excellent for those traveling with their canine companions, lots of great green space for walking plus the great adjacent park with lots of squirrels to chase. I will certainly be staying here again and highly recommend this great property to anyone in need of excellent accommodations in the southwestern San Fernando Valley.

Top Marriott Hotel in the Area. This is my number one top choice hotel to stay at in the valley over all the other Marriott brands. Extremely good pricing, whether pay or points. Meets all the Marriott standards at a high level in all areas. Internet is fast and reliable. Rooms are great, good for working, modern and clean. Common areas are all great, well designed. Lounge is excellent with decent choices, a nice large modern space, and is well attended. The pool and outdoor space is excellent, the fitness center is adequate, and the location is good. Only negative is the high-priced parking, but can park in front on the street for free. Five stars in all categories for this hotel.

Top Marriott Hotel in the Area. This is my number one top choice hotel to stay at in the valley over all the other Marriott brands. Extremely good pricing, whether pay or points. DON’T STAY HERE
I recently stayed at this Marriott hotel and unfortunately had a dreadful experience that has left me deeply dissatisfied. As a loyal customer who has frequented Marriott establishments in the past, I am utterly disappointed and will never patronize their services again.
During my stay, several of my personal belongings mysteriously disappeared from my room. Despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel management as well as Marriott national customer service via phone calls and emails, I received absolutely no response. The lack of accountability and complete disregard for my concerns is simply appalling.
Not only did Marriott fail to ensure the safety and security of my belongings, but their blatant negligence in addressing the issue afterward is unacceptable. It’s disheartening to see a company I once trusted with my accommodations display such apathy towards customer satisfaction.
In light of this experience, I can no longer recommend Marriott to anyone. The lack of accountability and the failure to provide even basic customer support have shattered any remaining trust I had in this brand. I urge fellow travelers to exercise caution and consider alternative lodging options.

I did not sit in my life like this hotel never ever booking this hotel. It was very bad. I was naked. Three people came to my Room they said you are smoking, but I did not take him two times the room was like a Grave why was very bad small room they booking the balcony but it’s without balcony. The balcony is lack behave was so bad. I paid also $800 but came to Hilton. Hilton was very nice very very very nice. Never booking this hotel.

Hetty and the entire team made our stay lovely! The bar service was excellent and the hotel was clean and in a great location for our conference. Nice pool area with a fountain/fireplace combo which was nice to sit around with a glass of wine. Great breakfast as well!
