This hotel has definitely been a home away from home. I travel often and a Platinum Elite member and the staff is very professional and always welcoming. On my last few visits Mr. Daniel Bruington has always gone above and beyond to make my experience more than amazing for myself and my children, and I am extremely grateful. My 8 year old broke her toe and he had a microwave brought up so she could pop her popcorn and watch a movie. This may seem like a small thing, but it made a memory for her that she will always remember. It’s the little things and the attention to detail and noticing things without having to ask. Daniel’s professionalism and work ethic is extraordinary and goes a very long way. The rooms are also spacious and extremely clean. It’s also very safe and private which is also very important to me. When I’m in the area this hotel will always be my first choice.

I booked a stay here for just one night to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday with him and what an experience it was! The location is tucked away in Beverly Hills which made for a nice, quiet getaway. I had booked our room with a package option that included free valet & late checkout which made the stay truly effortless & easy. I highly recommend valet due to lack of parking available. And the option for late checkout is amazing if you aren’t an early riser(which I am not. Haha). We checked in at the front desk and the wonderful girl who helped us sent up a bottle of champagne to celebrate the birthday festivities which was so KIND! The room we stayed in was a King suite and was rather spacious. Very clean! It almost felt like our own little apartment. Loved all the lighting, the furniture, and the cute decor. We had spent the day out and about and wanted to have dinner at STK which is inside the hotel but weren’t feeling up to getting dressed up. Come to find out that STK offers their full menu to be sent up to the room (as room service). We were so excited! We ordered the surf & turf, asparagus, mashed potatoes, and the mini donuts for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious! One of the best meals I’ve had! The fact that we could enjoy a high quality meal from the comfort of our room was so enjoyable. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and the ambiance of the hotel made you feel like you were anywhere but Los Angeles. It was a perfect little trip! Thank you, W! You are amazing and we look forward to returning.

The staff is great. The hotel lobby is hip and cool. We did not try the food. As we were only here one night. We had a two-bedroom suite. And it was immediately apparent this was not built as a hotel and it used to be College dorms. The rooms are a little dated. The furniture had stains in it. It was clear they tried to modernize the room. There are no coffee makers in the room. As I found out at 5:00 a.m. when I tried to make coffee. And there's no coffee available until 5:30 a.m. as I find out when I went to the lobby to get coffee. You have to request a coffee maker in your room in order to have coffee in your room. It's the first hotel I have never stayed at where you had to request a coffee maker. The location is amazing and it's in Beverly Hills but there are some very classy and old school hotels that I would probably stay at the next time. However I was trying to use my Marriott bonvoy points.

1. Unauthorized Deductions: To my surprise, the hotel deducted an additional $200 from my Visa account on a daily basis, without providing any prior information or explanation. This deduction was separate from the room rate and deposit, and I was not informed about it during the check-in process. The hotel claims that this measure is in place to prevent post-COVID scams, but it is concerning that guests are not adequately informed about such deductions. Transparency is crucial in maintaining trust with customers.
2. Poor Furniture Condition: The furniture in my room was old and visibly dirty. It was disappointing to see worn-out chairs, stained upholstery, and scratched surfaces.
3. Unpleasant smell: Both the room and hallways had a persistent unpleasant smell throughout my stay.

Great location, better service. One of the best check-in experiences I’ve ever had — enough to prompt me to write a review. Daniel was super welcoming and “on point” in every way. The suite was fantastic. We’ll be coming back for sure.
