The most beautiful rooftop bar in Anaheim! My friends and I had such a wonderful time dining there. The food was great and the views of Disneyland’s fireworks show was amazing. However the service was what won us over. It was a little cold that night but the manager saved the day. He brought over nice, big cozy blankets for us to wrap up in while we sat by the fireside and enjoyed our evening. He really made our night!
A+ service, great food, especially the charred Octopus and best views in the city.
We can’t wait to go back! Thanks again.

The most beautiful rooftop bar in Anaheim! My friends and I had such a wonderful time dining there. The food was great and the views of Disneyland’s fireworks show was amazing. However the service was what won us over. It was a little cold that night but the manager saved the day. He brought over nice, big cozy blankets for us to wrap up in while we sat by the fireside and enjoyed our evening. He really made our night!
A+ service, great food, especially the charred Octopus and best views in the city.

Will not be staying here ever again, I am extremely disappointed in their service. First of all, we booked a park view room but we did not get the park view room because of some issues with the reservation. Fine. However, I asked them to refund me for the difference of the price because it costs more to get a park review room and they would not help me out. I had booked through capital one so they told me to call capital one, fine. When I called capital one they said that the hotel should have given me the refund because they’re going to call the hotel to get the refund and they would then issue it back to me. Not sure why the hotel didn’t help me out then and there when the refund has to come from them. Secondly, a week after my reservation I noticed a charge on my credit card for $86 and I called them to ask what this was and they stated that it was a “destination fee” which I guess includes credits for the hotel restaurants and a Disney bag. First of all, we never got these things when we checked in. Second of all, why are you charging me for it a week later? I called them and they did say they were going to remove it but I think they were hoping I wouldn’t check my statement and they would get away with charging me for something I did not receive. So disappointed in my whole experience. I had to make multiple phone calls after my reservation to fix all these issues which I don’t mind but they were not helpful at all. Extremely unprofessional.

I have very mixed feelings about our stay. The property is beautiful and clean. We asked for the most quiet location and the front desk kindly put us on the top floor. However I guess the location we faced is towards the freeway and we were kept up all night by cars revving. It was impossible to sleep. I had hoped for extra blankets but no one answered housekeeping despite trying several times. A good rest was the point of staying there and that was a total failure. I paid extra for valet to make sure my EV was charged and the valet confirmed it would be. The next day upon leaving I realized they never charged it. I also really needed a late checkout and front desk told me to call first thing in the am. I called around 6:30 to be told I need to call later? When I called later they said they could not oblige. The actual property is nice but our experience was not.

There is a parking fee of $38 and a destination $25 fee each day. The destination fee is returned as food credit. You can only use one per day. The pool is nice, there are two heated pools. Rooms are great. The only complaint is the pillows. Bring your own. If this hotel would just invest in good pillows I'd give you a 5 Star. I really enjoyed my 3 night stay. Will return and refer friends and family. The Disneyland bus picks you up in front of the hotel.

Typical penny pinching 2-star motel disguised as some sort of upscale experience. The room prices weren't terrible but the random fees are pretty hilarious. Junk fees keep these places afloat.
I will say the rooftop bar was excellent. Fun staff and the food was really good.
The pleb lounge in the lobby is not good. Save your money.
Ultimately there are better hotels for the price. I'd keep your options open.
