From the moment you arrive, you feel like you’ve entered a sanctuary! Susan warmly welcomed us at check-in, providing all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. She then introduced us to Julio, who escorted us to our room and offered additional recommendations. The rooms were immaculate and well-equipped with all the amenities. Our beachfront suite boasted stunning views! Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms have great views, especially the second floor units. There are 4 rooms per house, suite and deluxe rooms. The dunes, the sand, the weather, the interesting plants all over, the whole place is amazing. There is an EV charger on site, not free, not the fastest, but you won't have to worry about running around trying to find a charger before you have to leave. Even if you ever want to leave.
I know I didn't.
The food at the restaurant is amazing, they have a great chef.
The breakfast gets delivered to your room in a picnic basket. It's a great experience, not even having to leave your room for breakfast.

Overall the stay was fabulous. However the reason I have rated a 3 star is due to the hidden fees that they do not tell you about. When we checked in we were not told about the additional charges. We were told we would get our security deposit back at the end of our stay which was $202. To my surprise a few days after our stay we were charged $151.65. They charge $50 a day environmental fee. We did get room service for breakfast, 2 bagels and a pot of coffee. We were charged a $10 delivery fee and a $10 tip fee on top of what we ordered which came out to $28.
This is a beautiful clean resort; however we should have had a disclosure of all additional fee’s upon our stay.

We were in the king suite facing the ocean with direct access to the beach from the patio. The restaurant serves American cuisine. They do have some vegetarian options but I did not like anything. We mostly got takeout. The view is amazing ! They light campfire at sunset which is very beautiful and cozy. We loved our stay in this resort .

Our first time visit for my wife's birthday. Check in was great and I mentioned I would be paying with some cash on check out.
No parking access at our room was a bummer. The room itself had a few issues including dog urine stains on the carpet and a refrigerator that wreaked of something spoiled. The bathroom sink faucet was not attached to the sink. We had a spider crawl down a web from the ceiling to the bed. We stayed 2 nights midweek and of all the rooms we could have been booked in, we had neighbors that had a barking dog. Although the scenery was great from our sliding rear door, the rest of it was really a disappointment of sorts. The welcome letter stated "small bites and cocktails" 3:30-5:30 pm. We assumed that would be offered in the hotel lobby and it was in the restaurant. We also assumed it would be complimentary for the price we paid for our room, but it was not. A glass of Sangria was $15.00.
On check out, the person was shocked when I said I would be paying partial cash and did not know how to accept cash in the system. It took 10 minutes with a manager's assistance for us to finally settle up. This stay almost felt as if we were trapped by a very controlling venue of services. In the end, even with a discount on our rooms, the value did not meet our expectations.
Our recommendation is to welcome first time clients with a private room or free option to upgrade to a room that is not near neighbors. Spruce up the rooms and remove the remnants of pets. Offer complimentary wine and cheese snacks in the lobby or delivered to our rooms.
