The hotel is beautiful, I love the fifties retro vibe. The furniture is all quite new and decorative, especially in the lobby. The rooms were good and we had a connecting door to our families' room next door. Despite being right on a main road and across the street from Disneyland, it was so quiet and calm with all the trees and plants. The rooms are within the property so you feel like you're in the middle of a quiet respite. The pizza restaurant was excellent but they shouldn't charge for big coffees in the morning. Finally, the pool was amazing. Lots of shade, plenty of chairs, good towels, bathrooms, shower, and great trees overlooking the space so there was a nice view everywhere you look.

From the moment we arrived the Customer Service was amazing!! From the Valet to the front desk Manager Christopher we had fantastic service. Christoper at the front desk was so helpful and just a ray of sunshine. This was our first time here and he gave my daughter and I an amazing room. The bar is fully stocked and the food was very good, plus have an amazing bartender named Abel doesn't hurt. The rooms were nice and perfect for just sleeping in since we mostly were at Disneyland all day. I highly recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed.

Lobby very nice, and hotel staff very amicable as you pass by, making you feel right at home. The room I wish it was just as nice as lobby and up to standard. No..quite the contrary. First, refrigerator and room phone not working. Second, bathroom.. warm water faucet was hard to get it to turn on and it frustrated my kids and yes even myself. Bathtub extremely small and curtain.. for some reason was too small for the already small bathtub, you move it to one side and you expose one side, move it to the other, you expose the opposite side.. room I always clean before we use any room, as surfaces etc.. but floors were obviously dirty as any hotel rooms are, my kids socks ended up black when i forgot to ask them to put on their slippers. As a family that likes to go on vacations often, I truly don't recommend this hotel. The only convenience is the small distance to Disneyland but now there are shuttles to the park. . So we rather pay the same at a newer hotel, and have more amenities and walk just a little more or take a shuttle as an option than pay the same at a hotel that's older and that rather than renovation it prefers to not invest and keep the hotel the same instead of keeping up with the competition, and trying to make sure the hotel stays looking the best for their guests.

From the moment we stepped in we were welcomed by front desk. They checked us in quickly and efficiently. We had 2 separate bookings as we had to add a night and they checked us in for both then and there and gave us the parking pass for the entire stay. We also paid for a microwave which was only $15 extra for the entire stay. We were on the bottom floor and for once in a hotel room we could not hear footsteps from above. We loved the patio, the green where games and lawn chairs are set up for your enjoyment, we didn't use the pool or gym but they looked amazing. Housekeeping made our beds each day and replenished anything used. Sam and Candy were very helpful and even graced us with some complimentary cookies! The proximity to Disneyland was excellent just one block away! We will definitely be considering the Anaheim hotel for our future stays!

For how nicely updated the lobby is, the rooms could use the same. Grout is missing and cracked on the bathtub, and the toilet was stained in the bowl. Not sure if it was not cleaned or just so stained. Other than that the stay was nice. The beds weren’t too uncomfortable. Easy parking. Love the check in and out feature via text link. Great for an overnight stay for Disney since your not in your room much anyway. Overall I would stay again.
