The Clubhouse at Anaheim Hills

It's a beautiful venue, but I have a long list of things that went wrong on my wedding day in August 2023. Unfortunately, there is not enough space for me to include everything. But mainly: The sales coordinator Kristal and venue did not follow through on many promises like: • 6” x 6” Flower arrangement used at my cake table disappeared, at about 11:40 PM my husband and I and my parents were still in the parking lot. I saw a Latino woman in her 40s walking out of the building with my centerpiece flower arrangement and a pink tote bag (the tote bags were party favors) I approached her she looked startled and then said, “They asked me to bring this to you.” I had already been in the parking lot for 20 minutes before the venue staff left the building with my centerpiece and tote bag. • Staff ate our food, Stephen from Melrose Catering had to talk to the banquet manager to tell the venue staff to not eat the food • My seating chart was not displayed on monitor • Sales coordinator, Kristal, for the day of my wedding was missing a lot and left early with leaving instructions • Centerpiece flowers arrangements were not setup for ceremony and no columns were put out next to my arch. I caught the mistake right before the ceremony, so my family and friends helped bring out the centerpieces to line the center of the aisles, and the venue staff eventually brought out the 2 columns requested weeks prior • Kristal did not help with lining up the guests for the grand entrance, that was done by my friend Martha, who ended up doing a lot of things Kristal was supposed to do • The window curtains were not open after the grand entrance as requested, I had more than half of my guests fly from out of state and they did not get to see the beautiful sunset due to the curtains blocking their view If you are considering to have your wedding at the Clubhouse, I would highly recommend hiring an events coordinator, to ensure the venue staff is also doing their job and not eating your food or taking your belongings.

Timing of day, and ambiance was perfect. Reception area was spacious, and elegantly displayed just beautifully. Bride & Groom were pretty Amazing as well.

Good food, open lovely 😍 setting in the hills. Very relaxed environment.

Went to bar for food we ordered asian salad, cesare salad and steak sandwich. All were good and the price was really reasonable. The best staff ever. I give 4 star just because the food was good not great. But recommend this place for sure.

Great venue for all occasions. Dj'ed a graduation party, and it was all smiles and fun
