The team here is amazing! From the first email to all communication through out the planning, they were on top of it! I will share that as a past Client, beware that the venue itself (due to the city requirements) does require a lot from your vendors, but the team will help walk you through it all (& having an outside coordinator will help!)
I threw an event here to celebrate 10 years of my photography business with over 100 clients coming to celebrate and this was the perfect venue to do so. Not only was the team great with communication, but they already have all the tables and chairs (plus in house linen rental for the tables) which helped with one less vendors. The option of using partial barn and using the patio was perfect for my vision and guests where able to easily move from inside and out. They set up everything of theirs up and then it is a perfect venue for everything else that you want to DIY!
The day of the event went so smooth and so many of the guests were amazed at how beautiful the venue was and some clients (who are current and past wedding couples) teased that they wish they booked this venue as their venue. As a past bride myself, I wish this venue was around 5 years ago, so I could have had my wedding here, too!
Whether you are planning a wedding or any type of event, this venue is IT!! Book the tour and then book them for it! It will be worth it!! :)

You can bring in your own vendors which is great but they also have their own to recommend as well. A real DIY situation which is great! So many photo opps and a very rustic/country feel. The venue used to be home to a blacksmith business and therefore there are cool wood structures and old historic machinery on the premise that give it a timely feel. Highly recommend!

I have attended various events, at different venues. And this location is beautiful from the outside. But as for everything else that truly matters... WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.
On the day of the event, the host of the event is up charged for things here and there. Not foretold about things that they should have been made aware of before signing papers. Customer service non existent. Horrible.
Forget the beauty of it. If you're going to stress about things during your event, definitely NOT worth having it there. They will compound it.
And note... They were only renting a room.
Go elsewhere.

Beautiful, charming, full of rustic local American history. ♥️ Staff helpful and charming. Beautiful spot for so many occasions. A family reunion, a wedding the rehearsal and reception can happen all in one place! A school or social event. A grad party, work event, seminar, Fundraising event, a dance or hoedown. You name it! All set in a soothing, blooming, charming landscape with two large areas with indoor seating for over 150 people, choice of 4 lovely large patios, beautifully drapped lighting. An old barn and a bunkhouse style banquet sized room, with adjoining kitchen and caterers area. Room for 2 bars, they can supply chairs and tables and help set it up. You can cater it to your liking. Spacious with an attached museum and nature paths throughout. Rabbits and squirrels and an abundance of different types of birds and at night owls. An assortment of different type flowers and trees, plush lawns and huge space to dance and have live or DJd music. With movie type screens for playing family or background photo videos!! 4 very clean and modern restrooms 2 on either side of property. An fruit trees and an orchard right there!! I can't say enough about this place! But you have to come see for yourself! All under an open sky! Very reasonable in price and on sight security. When I get married..... ha! Well, IF I get married... it's my go to for sure! Just book in advance the are a very seeked after venue!

Such a lovely venue. My daughter attends 2 classes here through the City. We are happy with all the class and event choices they offer for adults and children. It's really a nice, well maintained place with some interesting history of the grounds. Would definitely recommend.
