The French Estate

Beautiful venue with a variety of backgrounds, textures, and lighting. The house is full of charm and character with gorgeous directional light to yield beautiful photos. My clients got married in the front yard and held their reception in the backyard, which helped maximize their timeline. The lush greenery provided a nice contrast while the market lights were a nice accent at night. There is a cute little cottage in the backyard (where the guest restroom is located), and the entire property is impeccably maintained. Given that it is located in a residential area, parking is limited (but there's a shuttle) and end time is earlier than at most venues (something to keep in mind if you want to party hard... maybe you can host an after-party somewhere else?). If you will be getting married during the summer, I recommend adding shade for your guests OR providing umbrellas for them along with a nearby water station as it gets warm in direct sunlight. My bride did not hire a coordinator, but Karen was present and served as the venue hostess. She was very helpful, ensured that the day ran smoothly, and clearly took pride in managing their gorgeous estate. If you read this far, best wishes with wedding planning!

Friend had wedding here. helped set up. nice looking venue but it's hardly updated. rugs and couch in the ladies room look and smell like they've been there since the house was built. guys room fridge had black mold and an old sandwich. nothing is ever deep cleaned. you will be sharing the venue with other tenants that seem to be renting an Air BNB in the back. they walk in and out, no problem but it's very awkward. my friend was not made aware of that.

I went for a wedding and it was beautiful. The place is charming, quaint but a little on the rustic side. The owner was so gracious and friendly, too!
