My husband and I just got back from our stay, and we loved it. The room was clean, nice, with a lovely view. They do have free valet, but we parked our own car. The casino was nice, although we didn't have much luck. There is a smoking and non smoking section. The lazy river was closed for the season, but there was a pool and jacuzzi that was open for guest use. If you can eat at the pink Buddha. Honestly all their restaurants were great, but that was our favorite, then followed by the viewpoint for breakfast. We plan on coming next year when the lazy river is open. It is 21 and over, so obviously not child friendly, which can be a blessing or a curse.

We enjoyed our stay, with the exception of the toilet in our room. It was constantly running when we checked in. We called for maintenance. Guy said he fixed it. Within 10 minutes started running again. That was around 9:30pm. So all night we heard it. Next morning went to front desk to have another try at getting it fixed. New maintenance man said he fixed it. Not long after he left it started up again. So that was pretty unpleasant. Other than that, not a bad stay

Sycuan Casino is a great place to spend an evening. The casino floor is spacious and well-maintained, with a wide variety of games to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. However, I did find the parking to be a bit of a hassle, especially on weekends. Overall, I had a good time and would definitely recommend Sycuan to anyone looking for a fun night out.

My 1st time visiting Sycuan. My friends are residents of east county and enjoy visiting Sycuan for football, gambling and some drinks. I had a great time. The grounds were beautifully lit as we drove up. The service inside from the restaurant, to the bar and the tables was excellent. I was a little surprised about the cigarette/cigar smoke, but the ventilation system here seemed to work pretty well. I'll definitely come out and visit with my friends again.

Okay I want to start by saying that I regularly stay at Sycuan Casino. However the last few times I've stayed here we've eaten at the double down grill. This morning was no exception we ate at the double down grill the problem is every time I eat there they screw up my order. I have to check the bag every time because the order is going to be wrong. My last eight stays they've managed to screw up my order every time. This morning I was there at 8:15 a.m. I told the girl what I wanted four times. Yes I did say four times and they couldn't get my order right. She forgot my bear claw she didn't give me my salsa. And a walk from The double down grill from the hotel is a pain in my ass. To pick up what should have beenin the bag. Please hire more competent help.
Now I would like to talk about my swimming pool experience. It was Saturday and all that crowded. I wanted to go for a float on the lazy river. It would have been nice but there was no inner tubes. And the music they play is horrible disgusting rap music with explicit lyrics and heavy Bass. I left with a headache and doubt I'll ever come back to Sycuan to stay again.
Two visits go I complained to security about noise going on in the hallway of my room. Security said they have nothing to do that I'd have to report it to the desk at the hotel. My experience here has been horrible almost every time I come here I lose money I've never won a jackpot here and I really don't think I'm going to come back.
