We used the passport website. Just to utilize the jacuzzi and pools for the day. It was a beautiful Tuesday.Hardly anyone there.It was very relaxing and Is tranquil serene day. It was the adult pool area. It felt intimate but very relaxing.

My review is for the spa, which I’ve visited three times over the years. I recently visited and had a pedicure by Leanne, which was an amazing experience. She was calm and peaceful and my toes and feet were so well taken care of. The staff that checked me in and out were friendly and quick. I took a dip in the jacuzzi and the wet sauna. The facilities are clean and beautiful. I love this space and will return.

My review is for the spa, which I’ve visited three times over the years. I recently visited and had a pedicure by Leanne, which was an amazing experience. I love staying at this resort. Though my visits are for business, it’s still a pleasurable experience. ❤️ My favorite thing is the Service. Every single team member Ivan encountered in my 8+ visits to this beautiful property has been extraordinary. I’m the kind of person who starts conversations and each person I’ve spoken to has worked at this property for at least 10 years. That says a lot.
This beautiful resort has recently undergone a complete renovation on their guestrooms. Everything is pristine and clean, brand, new, and modern. There are many floorplans and amenities to choose from, the spa is divine and you can’t go wrong at any of the restaurants on the property.
Plus… It is truly beautiful !

Beautiful resort. Very lush, open, and comfortable. Love the style, atmosphere, ambiance, decor, and landscape. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds are nice. Service is great. Nice staff. Food is absolutely delicious. Fun and relaxing environment.
Knocked off a star because I only got 1 complementary drink ticket for a three night stay. Others got 2-5 complementary drinks tickets for a 1-2 night stay. Inconsistent. Also, I did not get any complementary bottle waters upon check in. Most others in our group did. Not a big deal but it's inconsistent.

Traveled for conference. It's a beautiful property. With great restaurants and well maintained. Rooms were really ornate for 1990, It's always hard for me to comprehend the lack of a full-length mirror in a hotel room. Hotel is nearby the outlet mall and other spots.
