What a great place to vacation. It has a real pin-up vibe to it. The hotel grounds are neat and tidy, and the staff is friendly. At night, it looks even better. It's across from a mall and a mile or 2 from places to eat. Great location. During our vacation our family already decided to come back here again! Awesome spot in San Diego!

Great hotel, food was amazing at each restaurant. Beautiful atmosphere, the hotel was clean both with the rooms and the property. The smaller more private pool was a nice touch, it was quiet and relaxing sometimes having it completely to yourself. Came for a conference and the ballroom areas were perfect for the event. Very nice feel at night with all the lights and the fire pits all over. I would absolutely stay again.

Great hotel, food was amazing at each restaurant. Beautiful atmosphere, the hotel was clean both with the rooms and the property. We really enjoyed our time at the Town and Country resort in San Diego. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived well before check-in time, and they allowed us to check into our room without any issues. Also, our flight out of San Diego was well past check-out time, and they allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel while we went and explored some more. The pool was fun for the kids, but far too cold for my wife and I. We were expecting it to be heated -- I don't think it was. We loved the ambience of the area. The many firepits and activites were great. The 4 stars instead of 5 stars was just due to the cost of everything once we got checked in. Food and drinks were super pricey. Like, surprisingly expensive. Otherwise everything was great.

We really enjoyed our time at the Town and Country resort in San Diego. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I was here for a conference. The food was good and the event facilities were clean. But what stands out here is that this hotel has outstanding customer service. Every T&C employee I spoke with was friendly and helpful, especially Jonah who helped me with my bags. I loved the option to text the front desk for any questions I had and they were quick to respond.
I will note that this hotel is not walkable to anything except for Fashion Valley Mall. So be prepared to use ride share or rent a car… Thank you, T&C team!

I was here for a conference. The food was good and the event facilities were clean. But what stands out here is that this hotel has outstanding customer service. This is a lovely place for a conference, beautiful grounds and wonderful event and front of house staff. The bed was extremely comfortable and my room was spacious with a gorgeous view. Housekeeping was excellent and each meal was absolutely delicious.
A few minor details kept this from being five stars- bathroom lighting is overhead only and not great for putting on makeup due to face shadows, and service at the restaurant was consistently inattentive. Even when I was the only one there or one of just a few tables, it took 20 minutes or more for anyone to come to the table all three times I dined there. Once service began it was decent, but you always had to flag someone down or they often walked past you without a glance. Some servers were definitely better than others, but overall they just need training.
Logistically, they should look into ways to address long lines for everything from checking in to grabbing a snack at their market.
Overall, a really wonderful experience, I would refer this place to anyone holding a large conference!
