Love the view! Truffle Fries are delicious. They made us a nice side salad with vinaigrette and crumpled blue cheese. The $50 rice bowl was a little disappointing though. Nice flavor, but very little seafood. Still the view is worth staying at this location. It’s absolutely spectacular. We also really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

The day I showed up the keys didn't work for any room so they had staff to walk with you and check you in. 2 days later the elevators all stopped working. They trapped people inside. Fire department came to get them out. Otherwise topical Hilton. Secured parking lot is nice no riffraff. The view is the best part.

The day I showed up the keys didn't work for any room so they had staff to walk with you and check you in. 2 days later the elevators all stopped working. They trapped people inside. Fire department came to get them out. Otherwise topical Hilton. Secured parking lot is nice no riffraff. The view is the best part.

Great place to stay. Excellent views from rooms, access to airport, close to USS Midway Museum. They have a decent Bar/Resturant on site. Also Pool/Hot tub, and gym!! Walking along the park is a great view of the city especially at sunrise, you can also walk 5 min to Tom's Lighthouse which is a great restaurant and Bar with great views and food. One of our favorite things was also watching the planes take off over the marina and boats.

I was really looking forward to staying at the Hilton for the beautiful views, but the experience was disappointing. The front desk staff seemed poorly trained and didn’t provide me with a parking pass, which they later claimed was proof that I parked there for four nights. In reality, I only parked for one night, yet I was charged for four. When I called to dispute the charge, they told me I should have returned the parking pass that I never received. Additionally, the room had a damp, musty smell. To top it off, they didn’t check me out early as I had requested. Overall, it was a frustrating stay. There are many other Hilton locations and hotels that offer a better experience—this one is not worth it.

We checked in on a Thursday while we were on an RV Trip. RV Parking is either on the street (Subject to $65 dollar ticket between 2 and 4 am) sometimes if its small enough you can get them to let you park somewhere else on the property but valet fees apply. Ask in advance.
From the parking valet to everyone we cane in contact with the staff was friendly and extremely helpful.
The 17th floor room was cozy for a refreshed older hotel. Everything was top notch. Pool facing rooms get pool noise and occasional aircraft noise during the day but that is not a problem after the pool closes.
The sunsets from the patio are fantastic!
