During my recent visit to Los Angeles, I had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable hotel that truly captured the essence of comfort and elegance. This is a beautiful hotel with good service. It's not as easy to find a hotel like this that has really nice view of the whole city. That said, I don't like the fact that they have so much hidden fees. I only found out upon arriving to the hotel that they charge $69 for parking (valet only) and $40 facility fee per day. That's $109 per day easily on top of the hotel rate. Also, they charge 18% service fee on all the restaurants, bars, and room service, regardless of guest count and whether you're dining in or taking to go. Everything gets 18% service charge. Lastly, because of how their valet system works, the third-party valet company will overcharge you on the fees if you come and go through out the day especially if you stay in the hotel for a long duration. To all future guests: please take note of these hidden charges before you plan your trip! I incurred about $1k on hidden charges in just a week of stay.

Stayed for 4 nights at this place and it is just amazing property. You get one of the best view of Los Angeles. You can view mountain and the 360 degree view of while city.
Rooms are very nice and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. I wish American hotel start putting international plug. Toilet are clean and spacious.
Hotel lobby is located at 70 floor. You need to go to lobby every time you want to go to your room. It is maze to find the elevator. However, there are multiple elevators so you don’t wait for more than 1 mins.
Hotel is fully accessible and has cafeteria and bar. There are meeting rooms for conference and business meetings. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

Great hotel! Awesome, clean rooms. Elevator rides can be an adventure (you need to go to the 70th floor to check-in, then switch elevators to get to rooms?!)
