The price was good. Pictures online are okay. Walk in the hotel entrance and it seems nice enough. The staff was nice and informative upon check-in. Went upstairs to put stuff in the room, and it was at that moment I had to check to see if I had grown a lot on the elevator or if everything inside the room was tiny. Turns out the room caters to shorter smaller people. I am 6'3" 260lbs, so not too big but bigger than average. The bathroom counter was maybe 4" above my kneecap. It would have been easier for a 5-year-old to use than myself. The shower head hit me right about the middle of my torso. My feet hung off the end of the bed by about 6". It is located in a very convenient place for shopping and restaurants options. I had no problems or issues with my stay other than it being very small.

I was annoyed by the dim lightings in the bathroom and throughout the room. It was hard to put my make up on. I was getting a headache as I was getting ready. The squeaky bathroom door/ main door kept us up through the night. It was a constant noise and we couldn't tell why. Worst of all, it was disgusting seeing blood stains on the linen cover of the bed's box spring. Unfortunately I didn't see it right away. Definitely not worth the money I spent to stay in this hotel. Hopefully the management was notified after my complaint to the front desk. I haven't heard for any follow up call from them so here I am expressing my disappointment from this hotel!

The name of this establishment is extremely misleading… it’s worse than a 1-star motel!
Very dingy and dirty.
Carpet: damp and filthy.
No running hot water in the shower; slow drain and low water pressure.
False advertisement: their selling point is the indoor heated pool, but it was not heated at all but freezing cold!! When I confronted the front desk about their websites’s false advertisement of an “indoor sparkling and heated pool”, they offered no apologies!
The bar restaurant on a Saturday night was completely empty; I ordered a margarita that tasted very cheap like a ready made beverage sold at the grocery store.
The pillows were lumpy and the mattress was by far the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on!
This place was an absolute disaster! How is it still open? Anywhere else is better!!

Not what I expected at all.
Hotel is very dirty, paint coming off the walls, very thin walls. Hair all over bathroom not clean at all. Stains all over carpet. The hotel rooms are very outdated and made me feel very uncomfortable. No tv channels worked. Tub leaks all night. Door handles are half way off doors. Beds are horrible and mattresses need to be replaced along with all the bedding, pillows, sheets. It’s all disgusting.
Stepping into the room I feel disgusting and dirty. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I’m afraid to get into the pool, it looks horrible. Dirty not sanitary.
Two pluses. Front desk staff is very nice, and the location to shopping and dinning is very convenient.

The only thing was that there were no refrigerators or microwaves in room. However, our room was very clean & comfortable. The staff that greeted us were kind & very helpful. I would stay there again.
