High ceilings, an inviting fireplace, and views of the property's gorgeous 30,000-gallon koi pond can all be found in the Great Room, the estate's main event space. A large bamboo dance floor and an 8-foot granite wet bar complete this area, making it ideal for holding celebrations and lively occasions. For ceremonies, cocktail parties, and small receptions, the venue's park-like exterior grounds provide a beautiful and serene setting. And in the evening, the home's beauty is brought to life with elegant lighting and just a little bit of magic. On-site parking is available for 14 to 18 cars, with additional street parking typically available without issue. SERVICES OFFERED AT 40 PALMS WEDDING VENUE 40 Palms provides a stunning venue that allows couples the flexibility to bring in their own preferred vendors and caterers, with curated recommendations available upon request to help bring their vision to life. In addition, a complimentary security guard is provided for events of up to 75 guests. Larger groups will require an additional guard which can be coordinated with the venue. The venue offers one complimentary hour for setup, and breakdown begins 30 minutes before the event ends, with all events concluding by midnight. As an added perk, rented tables and chairs can remain on-site until the following morning, provided they are collected by 10 AM to avoid an additional fee.
