I own a boutique vacation rental in Maui and wanted to check this place out! I was blown away with all the details and special touches they gave us. Brendan Montes was such an amazing host we truly enjoyed every minute and will be back year after year. Thank you so much for sharing this amazing place with us. Mahalo JILL IN MAUI

my bff and i stayed here for a few nights. it was absolutely incredible! we were totally able to unplug and relax BIG TIME! arrival: greeted by the most awesome person dylan. abby the bar tender (had the most chill vibe about her love her) gave us our welcome drinks which was delicious. dylan took our bags to our room so we didn’t have to bring them up the stairs. he asked us what type of milk we would like with our coffee in the morning. it was so cute the coffee was at our door each morning in a thermos. room: we stayed in la lune - great vibes, bed and pillows super comfy, bathroom was huge did not expect that, walk in shower with two different shower heads. the body wash shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing, separate door for toilet which i loveee! each room has a balcony. i loved our room but with this being our first time in cali we would have loved one with a better view (both our balcony’s looked at the street). each room has a record player (no tv which we didn’t want- unplug and disconnect from the world) there were a ton of records downstairs that you could choose from, swap out, take for entire trip whatever you please. water was already in the room for us and we could ask dylan to fill at any time. beach/pool: pool was heated, chairs SUPER comfy loved the little day beds those were our favorite. umbrellas tables & towels. abby came around every 15 mins or so to ask us if we wanted food or drinks. water & sunscreen available by pool. beach - there’s a nice beach about 2 min walk (if you’re slow like me) hotel provides towels, chairs and umbrella. extras: breakfast included (tip paid for by you of course) the breakfast was amazing!!! sooo yummy!!!! they have E bikes or regular bikes you can use at any time. looove that it’s adults only!!! i would give it 5 stars for location but it’s not in the heart of where all the shops/restaurants but other than that it’s super close to beach and was great! special shout out to dylan !! he was so personable, really enjoyed chatting with him after coming back from the bars at night. he really made our stay that much nicer by just being him!! we love you dylan!!! we cannot wait to come back here and recommend it to anyone that comes to laguna!!!

Omg!!! We absolutely love ❤️ this place. The staff are amazing. The room we got was the quietest on the second floor. Breakfast is soo good! The location is central to restaurants and shops. We love the Mercado across the street

Wonderful spot in the heart of Laguna Beach. They offer fun activities including electric bikes and it's a block from the beach! The rooms are really cozy with views of the ocean. Highly recommended ⛱️💯💕

We've stayed here in the past and loved it. Unfortunately our most recent stay was disappointing. Upon check in, the staff was disengaged and we did not receive our welcome drinks. Dirty dishes/cups left out throughout the day around the property, the pool towels were never restocked and we did not receive our AM coffee either day. One of the snacks in our room was expired. Staff was not friendly except for the bartender, Kevin who was awesome! We wish everyone was as friendly/welcoming as him. He genuinely seemed to enjoy his job and went above and beyond to help guests. Our room was spotless and the overall aesthetic was on point. There was just a lack of attention to detail throughout the property and a low level of service for this price point. We expect more for the price of the rooms/resort fee. I tried emailing 2 separate email addresses after our stay to share feedback & hopefully receive some sort of response but have yet to. Coming from someone who has worked in 4 hotels, I hope management takes our review into consideration and trains staff on customer service/how to ensure guests have a great experience!
