Great style, good location. Next time will stay somewhere else just due to the price. Also, these walls due to age of structure are paper thin. Hear the cleaners, other guests next door, people in the hallway. Plenty of options that aren’t as ‘popular’ or $420/night for the most affordable room. Nice hotel, enjoyed it but not worth the price.

Mixed experience at this hotel.
The Good:
Fantastic central location within walking distance to all the town attractions.
Easy parking
Attractive common areas
Breakfast menu in Mad and Vin was high quality with great gluten free options
The Bad:
Hard floors and noisy rooms (as others have said). There’s a reason for the supplied earplugs on the bedside table!
Somewhat sloppy housekeeping.

We absolutely love the Landsby! The host Mario is very sweet and hospitable and the rooms are lush and warm. Since they rehabbed this hotel we’ve had a great experience with the staff, the restaurant and the bar. It’s a fabulous find in Solvang.

Stylish European style aptly 4 star hotel amidst the busy Solvang village main road. This hotel is a much needed oasis from the high traffic and tourist density that you will encounter when you visit.
The rooms are spacious, modern and very tastefully decorated that you will definitely feel the Danish European vibe with its bright, clean, and Scandinavian style all throughout this midsized low rise hotel that feels like an upscale inn at the mountains.
Hotel facilities are consistent to the theme and are welcoming.
Service is centralized in a small counter but provides ease of access and prompt attention. Some care just needed for housekeeping to ensure that toilet drainage is always cleared and efficient.
The location is definitely well managed given that your sense of privacy and quiet is very much maintained despite the fact that the hotel is in the middle of the tourist scene.
Definitely recommended for all types of guest and for those seeking to make a side trip to Solvang during their roadtrip.
We were fortunate to have stayed here during the hot and busy month of June 2024.

Stayed at this hotel and had a very mediocre experience. The service at the bar was not good (bartender would put people from outside party ahead of your drink order even though yours was ordered first or just not take your order). Bathroom toilet paper holder fell apart every time you touched it and fell to the floor. For $600 a night, I didn’t think it was worth it nor the customer service.
