we loved our stay here. the rooms and hotel are beautiful and luxurious, everything smells so good, the restaurants and pool are incredible and we loved that they offer a guest shuttle that will drop you off anywhere within 3miles - we used this service a lot! i didn’t encounter a single member of staff who wasn’t giving 100% great service. our only minor complaint was that over the weekend an adjacent hotel was having a loud pool party that went late into the night. obviously not 1hotel’s fault, but if your room is in the east tower you might hear it, and it’s a lot quieter in the west tower. overall we had an absolutely amazing time and cant wait to return!

Amazing time at a great hotel for my birthday. Everything was perfection, staff was very friendly and attentive! Received complimentary birthday champagne and granola. Loved every minute of this hotel with my friends on Amex fine hotel and resorts. Pool was amazing although I wish the sun could hit the pool after 3pm!!

As a 5-star hotel, I was pretty disappointed. The room is nice, but the soundproofing is unbearable. The location is good, but they force you to pay $70 for valet parking. The nearest parking lot charges hourly, so you're basically forced into valet parking even if you'd prefer to park yourself. Additionally, there's a hidden $39 per night amenity fee, which wasn't communicated beforehand.
The lounge is nice in the morning but turns into a loud club at night, making it impossible to have a quiet conversation with friends. It's hard to tell if it's a lounge or a club. I'd rate the lounge experience 2/5, although the drinks aren't bad.
Breakfast at 1 Kitchen is mediocre. Even with breakfast credit, I wouldn't visit again. Overall, I'd give the experience 2.5/5, considering the high price. I expected better.

For the first time staying at a hotel with its own personality (granted, I don't travel too often).
It is a standout with its unique rustic and verdant decor.
The thoughtful integration of plants, wooden textures, and local market produce gives the hotel a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The rooms extend this inviting theme, combining comfort and style with breathtaking city views. The flexible breakfast schedule until 2 pm (genius!) is a thoughtful touch, accommodating all types of travelers.
Based on the distinctive personality and exceptional service, and location, I'll definitely stay here again.

I am an avid traveler that always stays at 1 Hotels when I can. I’ve stayed here in Hollywood many of times it’s always such a pleasure. I love the one hotel because it makes me feel like I’m at home. It’s cozy. It’s comfy and everything is high end. The only thing I will say that I disliked this trip was that my room was directly in front of the elevator area and I heard everyone coming on my floor all night. There’s so many food options that are close and walkable. I really do love the area.
