This was our 1st time to the Palm Springs area. It was a really nice experience. It was still late summer, so the afternoons were hot, but everything else was fine. The resort was a great value for the amenities. The rooms were modern and spacious. The restaurant had great service and good food. Additionally, the resort staff was very nice and accommodating.

This place has the cutest pink striped pool umbrellas and lanterns in the olive tree patio. We came when it was far too hot to eat outside but would when we come back sometime. The bathroom in our room was a very luxurious feel and loved having a patio for our room. Very relaxing environment and definitely will return

Beautiful and peaceful experience. Special thanks to Willie he was super helpful and definitely made our stay more enjoyable. Staff has to be the most welcoming staff we had come across with. Would also love to thank Coreta, Nikole and Maria, they went out of their way to make our stay a trip to remember. Look out for Jan or Jon he’s works here but it’s a bit Racist with Latinos staying at this beautiful resort. Hope my next trip we don’t get stalk by him.

Beautiful and peaceful experience. Special thanks to Willie he was super helpful and definitely made our stay more enjoyable. Staff has to be the most welcoming staff we had come across with. Would also love to thank Coreta, Nikole and Maria, they went out of their way to make our stay a trip to remember. Look out for Jan or Jon he’s works here but it’s a bit Racist with Latinos staying at this beautiful resort. Hope my next trip we don’t get stalk by him.

Rooms - nice except for the shower head should be replaced. Does NOT work well. Beds were comfortable but sheets are WAY TO STIFF. Felt like construction paper.
Grounds - SO disappointing to see the condition of the citrus trees and raised herb garden beds. The trees looked withered and overgrown and the herb beds were overrun. With weeds. Such a shame as they could all be better maintained and utilized for fresh fruit and herbs! This was always one of our favorite assets of the resort!
Spa facilities - hot tub was not working the 5 days we stayed which was very disappointing. But we really appreciated and enjoyed the day passes given to us by the resort. Thank you!
Main hot tub only had 5 of 15 jets working and 3 out of 5 nights the water was WAY TO HOT. Could not fully sit in it or stay in it.
Main pool - last night there we saw a LOT of sunscreen and debris in the water, including a disintegrating diaper. Did not swim.
Pool Bar/Inside bar was fantastic! Staff was amazing and servers exceptional. Food and cocktails were great!
Parking fees - prior to the new Ownership, we have stayed at this resort many times and never had to pay a parking fee. $17 a day seems like a lot when the room rates have increased at such a high percentage.
We love this place and stay often so we were disappointed that it wasn’t better maintained in some areas. Hopefully things will get resolved.

Loved our experience here! Food at Grapefruit Basil was wonderful, I believe Robert and Bradley were the two that helped us that evening. Got a wonderful facial from Tina at the spa the following day and just really loved their spa space. The staff were all very helpful and seemed well organized and managed. Looking forward to coming back!
