I have a very good stay here at Best Western. The girls at the front desk were professional and knowledgeable, very fast and friendly. The place is clean and safe w gates and locks everywhere. Security cameras as well. The atrium is do beautiful you will enjoy the free breakfast and the style of this beautiful location. Will stay again. Thank you all very much for your great efforts in running this place well.
Ps there is electric charging here too. See pictures.

We arrived late in the evening. Everything was fine when whe arrived. There was a reception with a person who asked us to make the check in with a woman on a big smart-tablet next to the table. I was a skeptical at the beggining but it was fine. The girl was very nice and helpful :)
I also ordered my new phone to this hotel and they delivered the phone into the front desk. When I picked up my package i just had to show my ID (passport) and then I got it. Thank you so much for your service, because now I have my new phone because of you :)
The bed and room was comfy, the room has also a fridge and a microwave which is a big plus when you are traveling with a lot of thing and snacks. The room had a balcony with a view on the hills and highway. During the night I haven't heard any car passing by, because the windows were very tight fixed so we haven't heard any noise from the road. The view to the indoor complex of a hotel had also very nice feeling with the palms and a sitting place in the middle with a pleasant green grass.
The breakfast was very nice, a lot of things to choose and the breakfast room also had a music corner with musical instruments and stereo speakers, which means that maybe a live music can happen there in the evenings ? It looked very nice.
We didn't have the chance to try the swimming pool because we had to go early and there was a very nice conference room in a beautiful traditional style.
After a long flight from europe to LA, this hotel was a perfect place for our relaxing rest after a long trip. Thank you so much for it, if we would have the chance to come back to California, we would love to stay again in your hotel.

We were in Malibu for a wedding and decided to stay at the best western plus thousand oaks. I pre booked my stay and check in late on my arrival. Front desk was very helpfull. Breakfast was good. Need to get a voucher for breakfast. The pool and hot tub was great my kids enjoyed them very much. We only have one comment about our stay. The housekeeping department need to train their staff in cleaning the rooms when your staying over 3 days. They did not vacuum our floors nor clean the floors. We were dissappointed with that otherwise the place is reasonably priced and perfect location. Lots of stores around banks and gas stations.

This hotel is in a decent location in TO. The rooms are very outdated and not clean. This place needs a deep cleaning, fresh paint, new furniture, pergo floors, and get decent maintenance staff with access to a leveling instrument when they hang pictures etc.; The TV frame is very crooked. The toilet is crooked and too large for the bathroom. BW should remodel this hotel - it’s just bad. Also, front desk agent wasn’t doing anything and made me check in with a virtual agent.

Stayed here 1 night while visiting family in TO. The price was good considering it's July and I appreciate no "2 night minimum" that so many places demand in summer. Room (king) was large! and has everything you need: microwave, fridge, plenty of outlets, good TV with netflix, plenty of towels. Room felt safe. Yes the hotel is old (I remember when it was Dupar's..) but the people are nice, you have everything you need, and the location is great. I didn't get to eat at the Pizza Cookery - maybe next time. There's a decent (included) breakfast. (and.. I'm ALSO 5' tall and had no trouble reaching anything..contrary to what's mentioned in another review ). It's a bit better than the 'standard' included breakfast; plenty of oatmeal, milks, OJ, cold cereals, hot selections (eggs, sausage, pancake machine). The plates, forks, spoons, knives are put in logical places. My only input would be.. the sausage didn't look 'done enough' and the pancakes come out kind of mushy. I also appreciated that the breakfast was available until at least 10 (maybe it was 11?). I'm generally still sleeping when most other 'free breakfasts' are over at other hotels. And the check out time is generous: 12 noon. All in all this is one of the top places I check when I need to be in TOAKS.
