I don’t post many reviews, but had to for this SPECTACULAR hotel!! I’ve been very fortunate to have been able to stay at some of the top hotels here in the U.S. and throughout europe as well, and can tell you that this hotel is a MUST stay!
Staff - ALL of the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are incredibly friendly and always asked if there was anything that they could do for us!
Food - yes it’s a Westin, owned by Marriott, but please make no mistake - the food here, and I am a food enthusiast, was EXCELLENT!! Hard to imagine for a chain hotel, I know, but trust me when I tell you that the food was OUTSTANDING.
Cleanliness - the only thing I can say is that every square inch of this hotel is SPOTLESS.
Bar - excellent service, great pours, and live music every night that was never too loud.
Room - we had a pretty large room with a king size bed and a living area. The room was extremely comfortable, quiet (we stayed in the East side of the hotel), and filled with every amenity you could ask for. For the price, it was an INCREDIBLE value.
This will be the ONLY hotel I stay at when I return to the area. It is very apparent that the training for staff starts at the top and trickles down to every staff member. AMAZING stay!!

I don’t post many reviews, but had to for this SPECTACULAR hotel!! I’ve been very fortunate to have been able to stay at some of the top hotels here in the U.S. and throughout europe as well, and can tell you that this hotel is a MUST stay!
Staff - ALL of the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are incredibly friendly and always asked if there was anything that they could do for us!
Food - yes it’s a Westin, owned by Marriott, but please make no mistake - the food here, and I am a food enthusiast, was EXCELLENT!! Hard to imagine for a chain hotel, I know, but trust me when I tell you that the food was OUTSTANDING.

The front desk people played us because when we checked out they never asked to validate our parking ticket. We had to pay $200 to get out of the parking structure for a two night stay which should have been $70. I had to go back to the front desk and they said they will fix it on my card within 5-7 days. I am put off because I hate to have to watch my card to make sure the charge falls off.
Otherwise room service, bellhops, house keeping was amazing. Very guest oriented and they will do anything to keep you happy. Beside that incident with the parking our stay was pleasant. The walking distance to the Disney park entrance was 15 minutes and safe. The walkways are lit up and well maintained. Our room was spacious and clean. We had rented a scooter for me and the bellhops took care of it. The scooter rental was from a private company and they delivered and picked it up from hotel. It was $107 for two days. Food in and around the hotel is expensive.

I can't say enough fantastic things about this hotel. Stayed here with my family in January 2024 during a Disneyland trip. Absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel is brand new and beautiful, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the amenities are so convenient. My kids loved the heated pool after a long day at Disneyland. Having Puesto as a restaurant was so convenient for dinner at nighttime. They provided a crib for my 2 year old which made life easy. Would recommend this hotel without reservation if you're looking for a hotel close to the convention center or a 10 min walk from Disneyland. This is hands down better than the Disney hotels, cost-wise and experience wise.

I can't say enough fantastic things about this hotel. Stayed here with my family in January 2024 during a Disneyland trip. Absolutely wonderful experience! Room was fantastic and the property is well-designed! We got a status upgrade to a park view room with a balcony and the view was perfect. Lots of functional features in the room (i.e. lighting) and a floor to ceiling sliding glass door that opens up fully. I would've wished for a slightly more engaging check-in, but overall service levels were great! Diego that took my in-room dining breakfast order was incredible and super friendly! He deserves a shout out. Pretty great options for in-room dining, especially considering they offer it 24/7. The hotel is also very close to the park, one of the closest options without staying at a Disney property.

Had a fabulous meal with a friend and we were treated incredibly by the staff from the crew of fabulous hostesses to everyone else that took care of us that night. There was a live musician there killing it at the most mellow volume and i hope he gets paid bank because he is worth it. I will definitely be back next time Im in Anaheim.
