Loved the hotel!! It’s not brand new but it’s clean and comfortable. I checked in 9/9/22 a little later in the evening. The young woman who checked me in was so nice, attentive and very accommodating, I think she was Hispanic descent very nice clerk. The other agents were also really nice when I had questions about hotel n parking. The night auditor was also super awesome and even tho it was late for my blanket requests he got them to my room quickly. Thank you again for such a pleasant stay! I’ll be back when in the area.

I went to this hotel for 2018 and 2022 and have satisfied with my stays. The rooms are always nice and clean and organized when I went after checking in. The food for restaurant is great and the bar staff were great and did their best to make the kind of drink I wanted since I'm not into strong alcoholic drinks and prepared a drink that was sweet! The pool was nice and cool, the jacuzzi was warm and relaxing after a day of walking from the convention. I already booked a room for next year because I enjoy my time here and customer service is great!

I went to this hotel for 2018 and 2022 and have satisfied with my stays. The rooms are always nice and clean and organized when I went after checking in. The food for restaurant is great and the bar staff were great and did their best to make the kind of drink I wanted since I'm not into strong alcoholic drinks and prepared a drink that was sweet! The pool was nice and cool, the jacuzzi was warm and relaxing after a day of walking from the convention. I already booked a room for next year because I enjoy my time here and customer service is great!

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and well kept. I was disappointed that the booking cost for a hotel in this part of town did not include parking. If it was near downtown LA or a heavy tourist area it would be understandable. I noted that past reviewers mentioned it and the response from management was that it’s posted on their website. I looked and didn’t find it….so if it’s somewhere on the website it is hard to find and keeps the parking cost a hidden add on. As customers we deserve more transparency.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and well kept. I was disappointed that the booking cost for a hotel in this part of town did not include parking. If it was near downtown LA or a heavy tourist area it would be understandable. I noted that past reviewers mentioned it and the response from management was that it’s posted on their website. I looked and didn’t find it….so if it’s somewhere on the website it is hard to find and keeps the parking cost a hidden add on. As customers we deserve more transparency.

The location of this Sheraton is close to the 10 and 57 and an easy drive to a number of restaurants and retail areas. We found it perfect for visiting various locations throughout LA and OC.
The amenities were great. Hot tub and sauna helped us relax in the evening. As a Platinum Elite member, the free breakfasts were wonderful! The restaurant was tasty and we never minded paying for our other two party members to eat. Staff was helpful and friendly.
The Fairplex Sheraton is our new go-to when visiting family in the area. A+! Well done!

Room was very clean, service was very friendly, nice bar and restaurant in the lobby. Conference rooms were nice and clean. Good experience.
It's always unfortunate when I have to go to LA, but staying here made it a pleasant experience. Special note. Depending on the time of day, the drive to and from the airport can be 1 hour or it can be 4 hours. So plan accordingly.
