This hotel is very nice. Nice amenities like gym and restaurant/bar, room service. The rooms are equipt with nice soaps and shampoos. In addition, a robe and coffee pot. The location is great. The M club is also very nice. Most importantly the staff is always friendly and helpful. I look forward to my stays here.

I can share a 5 star service review for this location. My daughter travels for work and was staying at this hotel for a week or so and enjoyed her stay. Fast forward several months. My daughter was shopping on Amazon and accidentally had the package delivered to the hotel instead of my address here in Canada. Now the daughter lives in Costa Rica and I'm in Canada, so I contacted the Hotel's shipping dept. and spoke with several different workers over a few days. I can understand how busy things can get and the shipping team were able to locate the package and forward it up to me in Canada. Special thanks to Donald, Luis and John in shipping who all helped me track down the package and to send it off to it's proper destination. This my friends is the perfect definition of quality customer service and from the bottom of my heart, I truly appreciated the time that was spent on getting this resolved. Thank you San Jose Marriott Team!

Our room was great. Great view of planes taking off. The only issue is the State of CA slapping on wimpy shower heads. The location is just a bit tough just being downtown and all.

Right next to and connected to San Jose convention center. Don’t expect too much of a service. Would have liked a breakfast buffet, as options are limited in the menu.
Restaurant is decent. The rooms were decent sized and clean. Furnishings look a bit dated. The view from the top floors is good.
