The Mountain Terrace is such a beautiful venue! The view is amazing, the food is very yummy and the staff were outstanding. My daughter was married there 5.22.22 and it was such a magical day. All our guests were so impressed and full of compliments. We worked with Caren and she was so helpful and always responded to any questions we had very quickly. Julie helped us on the day of the event and made certain everything was perfect. I am so happy we chose The Mountain Terrace for such a special day!

The Mountain Terrace is such a beautiful venue! The view is amazing, the food is very yummy and the staff were outstanding. My daughter was married there 5.22.22 and it was such a magical day. We had our wedding at The Mountain Terrace on July 1, 2022. The venue is already beautiful on its own with the beautiful redwood trees and well-kept lawn, but it was especially stunning on our wedding day thanks to the Mountain Terrace team and wonderful vendors who really brought my dream wedding to life with flowers, food, music, photography and decor. The venue was perfect for our intimate 90 person wedding. (Also large enough to accomodate a bigger wedding of course.) We had a beautiful ceremony with the bay view and reception/dinner on the outdoor deck. There were a few restrictions in terms of sound amplification and usage of confetti or sparklers, but as it was in respect to the neighbors and wildlife, it was totally understandable. The food was delicious and I was happy to see all the clean plates of my guests! Thanks Mountain Terrace, our wedding day was so special & only wish I can re-live it again and again! (Anastasia our venue coordinator was so awesome to work with - she provided prompt email responses and recommendations when needed :) an absolute pleasure all around) 100% recommend.

We loved this venue. It was beautiful, surrounded by Redwoods, a great layout of for ceremony to reception, and the BEST food.
Some things to note about the venue:
There is no amplified music outside, which means if you want music during the ceremony and cocktail hour, you need to hire string musicians.
There is not really a spot for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready the day of (the get ready room is not designed for the girls to get their hair and makeup done at the venue), so you will almost assuredly need to rent the house next to the venue for 2 nights to make sure the bridal party has a place to get ready the day of.
There are lots of little charges that add up. That may be standard for the industry and venues in general, we just were not aware of that when we selected the venue, so it ended up being more expensive than we had initially thought.
Uber/Lyft does not reliably pick up from there, so you will likely need to order transportation for your guests, if you want them to be able to drink without driving.
Again, we really liked the venue, and we felt that we had a magical wedding day. There were just a few things we were not expecting and they caught us off guard.

This venue is absolutely stunning! We fell in love with it from the first tour we took! We knew it was the place for us! Planning an event here was the easiest thing to do even from long distance! The whole team was so wonderful and accommodating they were even especially sweet to our fur babies who were in the wedding! Dinner was delicious and beautiful and the reception was a blast anyone who joined definitely never once went without! The service was impeccable! Honestly after all was said and done I wished we could have done it all over again! The Mountain Terrace is the place for any event really but the weddings are absolutely stunning here! We had a spring wedding and with the fog rolling in it made for such beautiful photos and a wonderful setting for a perfect day!!!

We had our wedding on 05/15/2022 at the mountain Terrance and we had the best experience there! Ever since the venue shopping phase they were super responsive and answered my million questions.
