I have stayed here many times. First few trips were wonderful met all expectations. Last few trips were not good! Tiny beds, loud elevators and worst is being stuck in the parking lot and gates will not work to let you out. Called for service and waited forever for someone to respond. Then when parking lot attendant came I was told to call the front desk. It was clear that there was lack of communication. I really don’t feel liked a valued guest here anymore. Also if you are platinum elite good luck getting a suite upgrade here. It will never happen. Ice machines hardly work on the floor you are assigned to as well. Definitely my last visit.

I always stay here when flying out of SFO.
The hotel is right on the water. Great views of the airport and San Francisco Bay. It's about a 10min drive to the rental car facility.
Excellent service from the front office team, bellman, housekeeping, and restaurant service staff -- Thank You!!
Rooms were well maintained and very clean. Excellent water pressure and screaming hot water.
Restaurant had good ambiance and great tasting food.
Pro tip: Have the bellman bring your bags to and from your room. Depending on the location, it may be a bit of a hike.

First time here, rooms were clean and very nice. It was a long walk from the elevator to my room. If the second digit in your room is a 1 (3100+, 4100+, etc) you have a long walk. Rooms close to the elevator are in the 4030-4040, 3030-3040, etc range.
Lovely waterfront view from my room, you can see the planes land and takeoff and flocks of birds on the water.
The main foyer/bar area is very open and busy. Again, lovely view of the waterfront.
Almost $50/day to park here. They will give you a pass at the front desk that lets you get in and out of the parking lot.
There’s also a nice walkway by the bay that’s very pleasant in good weather. I would stay here again.

Frequent visitor to Bay Area and this hotel, good proximity to SFO. Hotel recently having issues with elevator and would advise asking for room away - south side - from elevator bank side of hotel. Woke up first night to constant “jackhammering and drilling”sounds. Checked with front desk and they noted they’ve been experiencing this issue recently and sound was actually coming from their elevators. Hotel staff handled well and were apologetic, they were able to get a room on south side the rest of the week after first night stay. Have stayed at this location 20+ times, do not recall issues in past. Going on week plus, still working with hotel manager to find a resolution on first nights stay.

Great hotel service and convenient location. The hotel staff were very helpful in storing my bike. From the patio area, there's a great view of the Bay and SFO, so it was cool watching planes taking off and landing.
