I wanted to share how very special the front desk staff made us feel upon entering the hotel. Alfredo, Angel, and Victoria went above and beyond to make our check in and stay incredible for our anniversary weekend. They answered all of our questions, gave us tips and when there was a rush of guests with a wedding, and a ball game, they were patient with all the guests and gave everyone the attention that they needed. It was very nice to see such impeccable service. Thank You. The rooms facing the west are magical, but quite warm in the afternoon and evening. Still lovely.

January 2024: Great efficient check in process. Grand lobby and surroundings. Easy self parking with access from lobby to car parking structure. Clean well appointed rooms. Windows open slightly allowing fresh airflow. Lovely views of city and bay. Excellent gym, great views from gym. Gym range of equipment and weights (dumbbells up to 100lbs) on par with a small commercial gym. Fantastic pool area with a large swimming pool with perfect temperature, and two hot spas. We enjoyed the pool in the middle of winter and it was perfect comfortable water temperature. A short walk to city, for supplies / food / snacks there is a grocery store within walking distance. Located in a safe feeling area. Will stay again.

One of the best experiences of my trip to the US. Good rooms, excellent breakfast, easy to upgrade rooms. Very friendly reception. Twisted my ankle out there. The hotel gave me daily help with dressings. Never seen such compassion at an American hotel. Walking distance from my convention center.

This is a beautiful hotel and very spacious. The room we stayed in, half looked over the harbor, and the other half looked over the city. The restaurants served real good food. The atmosphere here is very pleasant. Yes, I will return again.

Attended a conference but stayed elsewhere, so no opinion on the rooms. But the spaces and service was quality! Even valet was smooth and great service personnel. Id imagine price would be thru the roof but if you got the coin for your events, this is a great place in SD.
