Went here in April 2022 for my honeymoon. Jade at the front desk was amazing. The rest of the staff were also super nice. Every single one of them were super friendly. The hotel itself was okay. It did has a very nice view of the ocean with the boats. The location was also pretty amazing. The other option I had was downtown. Here was able to get in and out with no problems, even with concerts at the entrance. It was wonderful.
The room had a few spots that were damaged and the fireplace didn't work all too well. We had to mess around with it to get it to work a bit.
The food was super expensive. It was very expensive for what it was. Was it good? I had the fries and draft gummy beer. I did enjoy it, but I don't know if I'd say it was worth the price. But it was good. The staff here were amazing too.
Overall opinion: expensive. I think what was my biggest issue was is that it didn't match my lifestyle. Staff were incredible.

I loved every minute of the stay!! As soon as you drive on the island you officially feel like you are on vacation. The entire staff was incredible. I did not get the name of the young ladies at the front desk but they were AWESOME and so helpful and accommodating! Ronny and Kevin were also amazing at the Vessel. We got the upgrade and the room was perfect! The location is so close to great dining and entertainment. LOVED IT!

I loved every minute of the stay!! As soon as you drive on the island you officially feel like you are on vacation. The entire staff was incredible. Beautiful room and hosted my best friends wedding! It was beautiful, friendly staff and amazing food. Everything from the decor to the cake was lovely! The room for the couple was big and had a spectacular view of the marina. I think everyone should have a tub like the one here ❤️ I will visit when I come back, the navel base was an awesome treat to hear and see. The planes fly over and you see some amazing ships. The bay is beautiful with the downtown skyline.... gorgeous views

After reading my previous review, the owner afforded me a very generous refund of a large portion of my stay. This made me aware that they really do care about their guests. It was just our unfortunate experience to have had a poor representative for the resort check us in. (I've been informed that she has since left, as this job was not a good match for her.) Some other minor inconveniences we experienced will, I'm sure, be remedied soon, based on my previous review. This puts the resort in a different light for me.
Although the resort is a bit pricey for a place without sand beach access to the bay, there are various other water activities to take part in. (There is a $42 resort fee and $42 parking fee per day.) The views are wonderful! The resort is absolutely lovely and convenient to area restaurants and other activities. The staff and management are very accommodating. I highly recommend the pool bar. The bartenders are very friendly and the food & drink available there is tasty and quick in arriving. It's very handy when you're tired from a day of sightseeing, you don't want to have to pick a restaurant and just want something fast. The evening campfires are relaxing and afford adults the opportunity to meet and talk with others. Bring your own glass of wine and enjoy!

The resort was gorgeous and well appointed. The view from our balcony was of the gorgeous Kona Kai marina, and it was very relaxing. Inside the room was spacious, especially the bathroom shower. The Vessel Restaurant was a tasty spot we went to several times when we were there. We got the breakfast package as I am a morning person, and it was scrumptious! The staff was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend the resort.
