Great service! This is a huge resort but still offers great service like a smaller hotel. At the pool, spa, Rockwood grill, and housekeeping requests we experienced pleasant and timely service. Our experience was a five star resort and felt treated like welcome guests. Upon arrival the parking valets were friendly and helpful. Our check in experience was also wonderful with a happy greeting and complimentary upgrade to a room with a spectacular view of the mountains and golf course. Our luggage was brought up in a timely manner with helpful staff as well. This will be our go to hotel for future stays.

The villas are amazing. Beds are super comfy. The decor is updated and the resort grounds were clean. Atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. The adult pool was very lack luster. Water was cloudy and there was no pool side service… even on a weekend. No music or DJ which was kinda disappointing.
There were a few things about the spa that I wasn’t a fan of. My daughter turned 21 and we were there to celebrate with massages. While checking in, the lady at the check-in desk, VERY loudly decides to let me know how much my total was for the day (with my daughter standing next to me and other guest to hear) My daughter doesn’t need to know how much I spent on her special day because she feels badly about that kind of things. Also, the spa requires you to check in 30 minutes prior to your service and they don’t have any clocks to keep track of time. So if you’re enjoying the amenities prior to your service, you have no idea what time to check in.

This place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It has a certain calmness as soon as you walk in the door. The lobby is gorgeous, there are no shortage of things to do, there are a number of restaurants right on property. You don't have to leave to be entertained. It's family friendly and works for adults only. There are several pools and hot tubs. Our room was amazing. One thing I will mention is, the boat to the lobby isn't how you arrive, it's not free ($10 fee per person) and you have to make a reservation to get on. Only down side in my humble opinion.

I was attending an outdoor event dinner party and got sick from the high temperatures. I think it was 115. The Marriott risk management Juan and Kent were there to help me, as well as a great paramedic Amanda. After some rest inside cool air, I was fine. The food at the banquet events is so good, especially the grilled vegetables. Fernando did a great job chopping the butternut squash, zucchini, carrots, purple cauliflower and his runner Suzanne kept him stocked. We never ran out of food and their display was outstanding. The buffet line was fast moving, even with over 1000 attending our reunion! I wish surely visit there again and again!

Stayed here for a few nights for a friend's 40th Birthday. The place is huge. The rooms were a bit dated in some areas, but had been renovated, so the bathroom was beautiful. We had a gorgeous pool view. It was Aug, so weather was smoking hot ( 46°C) but with the pools, definitely made it great. Because it was slow season, several aspects of the resort were either shut down, or on very limited hours, for example the Japanese Steakhouse was closed and Starbucks was only open till around 1pm. Location is good, some other stuff around here. Lots of amenities, especially if you have kids. The evening boat ride is a must if you stay. Overall I would probably come back for a few nights and enjoy the heat again. Also, they should really include a Saved By the Bell tour or something.
