It's definitely a five-star hotel. Unfortunately I can't afford five star hotels in silicon valley. I was able to get a great deal and stay there a few days. If there was anything I didn't like it was no free coffee in the lobby, price of three dollars for a small water in the room. Probably standard for Hilton. Everything was perfect. Great staff and service. Bartender is brilliant.

Difficult to get to but amazing customer service. Matthew and Eric were exceptionally well mannered and attentive. This was by far my most enjoyable Hilton stay so far. And I’ll definitely be back for more. Can’t forget about Antonio, he was quick to deliver to the room!

Rooms are great and very spacious. Parking only in garage. If you have large vehicle, plan on gettimg there early to get a spot on ground floor. Otherwise you will not fit in any other floors.
Bad customer service at desk. Was charged mulitple times for incidentals. And charged for a bottle water that i did not drink. Said they would reverse the charge, but they never did. Had 2 of the incidentals come off, but still have 1 that us still pending. Was gonna stay again because of location and rooms, but they are liars and cant afford to have almost 400 charged on my card for incidentals for a 3 night stay.

Good:
- very quiet (off street)
- room size is large.
- elevator is fast
- free parking is plenty (weekend).
- safe neighborhood
- good value
Not as good
- towel is a bit old and thin, it is ok for 2 star model, not meet expectation of 4 star hotel.
- old stain on comforter and towel.
- a bit dated.
- the street layout make the entrance a little bit to hard to get in and out
Overall:
-Recommend this hotel for ppl values quiet and safe stay.

Matthew is incredible!!! Im from out-of-state visiting my family in SoCal, and on a whim my younger brother and I decided to pay a visit to the famous Winchester Mystery House when we booked this lovely hotel through Expedia. During our long drive up north I unfortunately lost my wallet and ID, but Matthew and the Juniper Hotel were more than understanding of my situation and graciously helped accommodate our check-in process!
I can't thank Matthew and the management team enough and will never forget your kindness! Anyone that reads this- BOOK YOUR STAY HERE NOW!
