This would be a 5 star review if it weren't for one major issue I have with this hotel. The in-room air conditioning is super noisy and can be heard from adjacent rooms. Otherwise, the rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The bar has good service and selection. Breakfast is good too!

Our hotel experience was amazing. Drinks at the bar were perfect. The lobby/lounge area was charming and entertaining for our 2 year old. Jaime at valet was very helpful and kind. Chris Kiss was extremely patient and just a ray of sunshine, helping us load our luggage. Amazing staff. Definitely the nicest hotel we've been to.

My mom and I are currently battling sinus infections after staying here for 2 nights. My mom let the manager know that our AC wasn’t working after the first night. Due to the Microsoft outage, they couldn’t give us a key to the new room so they said to call when we were ready to move our belongings. My mother called and got no answer. We had to spend another sweaty, horrendous night under AC that faced both beds and blew warm air. As if the heat wave outside wasn’t enough already. We woke up with terrible headaches. The AC basically ended up almost catching on fire. its beyond me that it took that incident to finally get them to move us to another room on the 3rd night. We are exteremly upset that we have gotten sick due to the negligence of the manager Francis. Im wondering why he didn’t check up on us considering he directly told my mother to call the front desk to have the other room opened for us. One of the worst nights of “sleep” I’ve got in my life. As someone with a very strong immune system (my mother included), I’m angry that I have to keep coughing up mucus as well as having a headache, sneezing, and a dry cough.

In March 2024, we had our wedding functions and reception at this Hilton. We approached Babette in October 2023 and given the short time for planning, she assured us that she will help us make these events very memorable. Babette definitely kept up her promise and worked with us to make these events a success. She went above and beyond in delivering our expectations. She even provided us with a full list of vendors to use to assist with the planning and events. We loved and enjoyed every minute. She was present at al the events to make sure they ran smoothly. Vincent and Joe were helpful in planning the stay for our guests. The catering staff were all very professional and there to help with anything. Our guests enjoyed their stay and enjoyed the functions. We could not have asked for a better experience for our wedding. It will be something we will cherish forever. A very special thanks to Babette for everything she did for us.

DO NOT STAY HERE, & DO NOT RISK BOOKING YOUR WEDDING PARTY OR ANY EVENT HERE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
We had a room block here for our wedding with plenty out of town guests staying there, & decided to host a reception in one of their event spaces. The experience from start to finish was absolutely horrendous, no exaggeration. First, we literally checked into a dirty room, which was appalling so we were moved to a new room (the room style/decor are ugly too.) I tried to let all of this slide but...
The day of the event, we could not reach Babette Shade, the banquet manager to touch base on anything. The staff that was there was clueless about our event & needs. By the time we arrived, the food was stale and simply tasted horrific, but our guests were still trying to remain optimistic. There was a MAJOR miscommunication about the sound, we brought our laptop & ipad but there was no speaker or amplification to plug into, and THIS was never clarified to us. You think I would forget to bring a bluetooth speaker for my own wedding after party if I thought there was no sound? There was a dance floor, and NO SPEAKER, i kid you not.
I BEGGED and pleaded with the staff to fix the mess, and they did the bare minimum to try to fix things by bringing a speaker 2 hours into the event, and giving us some comped food from the bar. For me, this was the very least they could do, especially when our wedding had given them so much business.
We paid for a 7 hour cash bar tab because we extended our event's hours so our guests could have quality time with sound/music. They did not do enough to make up for ruining our wedding after party, and we cannot recreate those memories. & Worst of all, they don't care enough to remedy the situation.
I sincerely hope this honest feedback helps another bride or couple avoid the disaster, disappointment, & lack of respect I experienced during my wedding weekend.
