My review is for the spa and new pool restaurant. I have frequented the hotel for over 15 years and the new pool is exquisite, they really outdid themselves. Unfortunately every other aspect is lacking. The pool restaurant service was nonexistent. We were one of only a few guests that day and the servers were more interested in the TV than the guests. We had to wait over 30 minutes to place an order and then when the order never came it turned out they forgot to put it in. Go check out the new pool and have a drink from the bar otherwise you’ll have to serve yourself.

I was at FS Westlake for a conference. Everything was wonderful including the service, rooms and food. Tate in the restaurants/bars was incredible. I ordered a drink from him on Tuesday and 2 days later in a crowded bar I asked for a water and he remembered my name - so impressive!

Had the pleasure of enjoying a 90min aromatherapy massage with Mariah yesterday. Hands down the absolute BEST MASSAGE I have ever had in my life. From start to finish everything was amazing pertaining to the service. From the front desk to my service provider. However, my party and I were inconvenienced by housekeeping and not able to enjoy the rest of the amenities since our massage ended at 6:45p and they closed at 7p.

I’ve stayed at several Four Seasons properties but one of my favorites is Westlake Village. The location is beautiful, parking is easy, staff are helpful, and the spa is massive! It’s a short drive right off the freeway from LA and is a serene hidden gem in the Valley. I’ll be back!

My family and I just had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. We checked in when it was raining the whole day, but the amazing and 5 stars services from the employees in this hotel makes our heart felt warmth. Every single department delivered nothing but an exceptional services. Starting from the front desk agent (sorry didnt get her name), who upgraded me to a waterfall view. The two zach that work at C&C; the p.m. zach who suggested the items from the menu(Pan De Bono) was delicious, their octopus chicaron was to die for, and we enjoy the rest of our meal as well. The morning Zach was exceptional as well and his recommendation is also on point. The MVP of them all tho, is Jade, the morning host at C&C. Not only she listen to my non-sense, but she also acted from it and make sure my stay was up to FS standard and more.
