Jul 14, 2024 Very nice room. Nice ocean view!! Beds were clean comfortable. Bathrooms clean and comfortable. Prices are super high. Not sure if we got our money's worth. Haven't been to a hotel in 4 or 5 years I might just need to get with the times. It was very nice.

May 29, 2024 I recently stayed at The Huntley Hotel in Santa Monica, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The customer service was top-notch, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making my stay even more enjoyable.
A special mention goes to Greta and Michael, whose warmth and hospitality truly stood out. Greta was truly amazing; as we were waiting for the valet to bring our car, she came chasing us with the key card to inform us that our room was ready, which was four hours before our check-in time! This kind of attentive service made a huge difference in our stay.
Michael's dedication to guest satisfaction was equally impressive, making us feel right at home with his genuine smile and attention to detail.
The Huntley Hotel is a gem in Santa Monica, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Aug 8, 2024 The Hotel is very well located. Just across the street from the beach. The rooms are sparkling clean and very comfortable. The service is great. It has a gym and a spar as well as a restaurant and a rooftop bar. Only stayed for one night but I definitely enjoyed it!

Jun 11, 2024 We love loved this place! It was absolutely beautiful and real close to the beach. We stayed here our last night in California! I am so glad we did! The only thing was there is a 55 dollar valet charge they were also suppose to give us a 45 dollar credit and they didn’t but we loved it so much so I am still giving them 5 stars because it was amazing!

Jul 28, 2024 We have always loved staying at this hotel during our visits to Santa Monica, LA. However, our recent experience was quite disappointing. We booked a king-size deluxe room, but on our first night, we noticed that the bed felt unusually small and narrow, more like a queen-size bed.
We approached the front desk to address this issue and asked if there had been a mistake in our room assignment or if we could be compensated accordingly. Unfortunately, the gentleman at the front desk made us feel as if our concerns were unfounded and insisted that the bed was indeed a king-size.
To clarify, we measured the bed the following day and found it to be the size of a queen bed. When we returned to discuss this again, the manager claimed that they have "European" size king beds, which are supposedly smaller. However, the actual size of a European king bed is 72 by 78 inches, while our bed measured 60 by 80 inches.
We are not overly picky guests, and we don’t stay in hotels to measure their beds, but we do expect honesty and respectful treatment. Being dismissed and misled about something as simple as bed size was very frustrating and left a negative impression on what has otherwise been a favorite hotel of ours. We hope the hotel management will address this issue to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
