We spent three nights there for a Disneyland visit (of course). The hotel's room are pretty conformable, room was decently enough clean and the only complaint I'll have is the carpet under the bed is EXTREMELY DIRTY, no joke, if you look under your bed you can see the original color of it. It was nasty, as you can imagine waking up in the middle of the night stepping on it barefoot its a big NO (this is the reason 3 stars and not 4), also, bathtub is too dirty (time to replace it or just have a shower in place). The pool area is nice, parking is $29 (plus taxes) a day (this I find to be a little too much of greed). Walking distance to Disney is approximately 10-15 mins.

We stayed back in December for a week to visit Disneyland. We had a very positive experience. The room was cleaned ever other day which was so nice after a long day at the parks. We also got to see the fireworks one of the nights we were there. This was a very affordable hotel walking distance from the parks. We did end up still taking the shuttle that passes by cause we have a little one. The freeway noise was not an issue for us. We felt very safe and welcomed here would book again!

My sister and I stayed here over the weekend for a quick trip to Disneyland. The location was great - walking distance to Disneyland, and you can see the nightly fireworks show from parts of the hotel. The rooms were pretty standard, but if you are on the highway side can be pretty loud (it didn't bother us, but if you need quiet to sleep, something to note). The pool is 24 hours which is awesome too. The service was AMAZING, honestly we had the best experience because of this and would definitely stay here again for service alone. The manager helped up with a booking issue when we were checking in, which could have been the difference between a great or awful experience, and he made it so easy and hassle free. Even after all of that, he let us change rooms so we could see the fireworks show from our room (and took care to give us a room we felt safe/comfortable in - eg. no connecting hotel rooms, nothing ground level - all from his own consideration without us mentioning anything), we got a late check out, and he made sure to chat with us and check in with how our stay was going whenever he saw us around the hotel.

My family stays here 1 to 3 times a year. Location is perfect for walking to Disneyland. The rooms are clean but could use some updating. The bathroom is tiny and your lucky if the fan works. We don't hear much from in the room but outside the freeway is near, we don't mind the noise. Overall the location to Disney outweighs any negatives so we will continue to stay here for future trips to Disney.

10-12 mins Walk to Both Disney parks , rooms are decent , we got elevator view room , which was very dark . Rooms overall 4 star . Kids loved Disney firework from hotel pool.
Waited 1 hour on phone with front desk . Phone handling could have better , check in was smooth . Car Parking is hotel premises expensive . Coffee shop is good. Shop in priced well .
