I love this hotel. It’s beautiful. The customer service is always awesome. Today Anthony the manager did an outstanding job of navigating complaining customers because the system went down and someone had an issue with their room. As customers we have to give grace for things that happen that are outside of our control. I am huge on customer service. When the manager handles the situation that deserves a THANK YOU. Poor ratings should be given when customer service is awful or problems are not resolved.
Thank you to the staff for demonstrating a spirit of excellence and solving problems. This is still my favorite hotel to stay in when I come to LA to work. The upgrades are beautiful and the service is always WORLD CLASS. THANK YOU

I am surprised with the reviews of Google.
The rooms are spacious. However there was a water leak in the room from the rain. The ceiling is falling apart and needs a repair.
The bar is nice downstairs for a drink and a nice gesture with the free snacks.
I would've given 4 stars but 3 stars because of water leak and the breakfast. Though breakfast is pretty decent with made to order omelette , I was given a rude look by the lady because I asked for 2 toast and avacado instead of omlette. She told me each person only gets 1 toast. Like why? How? Breakfast should be unlimited and made to order as they say.

I love this place. The rooms are very quiet despite being directly across the street from LAX. Complimentary breakfast, drinks and snacks for happy hour. Food in the restaurant wasn't off the charts, but adequate and convenient. Service was fantastic. On the 4th night of my stay, Jose the bartender had reserved a front row seat for me in an otherwise full house. I didn't expect to be able to swim laps in the hotel pool, but actually was able to here. The water temp was perfect. Even though I drive to and from here from Phoenix and don't need to stay near the airport, this is my top choice when working in LA.

Hilton Embassy Suites don’t disappoint in my book. I love the size of the rooms and they are always well appointed and clean. This hotel had an awesome lobby with a beautiful courtyard setting that my family loved. We had about a 12 minute walk to In n Out burger and Ralph’s. If you didn’t want to leave the property the hotel had a couple of lounges and a restaurant. We used the hotel pool and also the airport shuttle bus at 4:30 am. The shuttle ride was less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites South @LAX.

Great location, excellent service though the rooms are a bit dated and the few times I stayed there the beds were too soft for my liking but that's just a personal preference. Without a doubt the complementary breakfast is probably the best I've ever experienced. Great selection of food and all you can eat. If you have a busy schedule and have breakfast here you can skip lunch and you'll be good to go until dinner. It's worth staying for the breakfast alone.
