Love it. One of my faves. They should consider working with banks to get incidental fees back sooner. Also need to fix the problems with the system that takes more money than the confirmation rate. Otherwise love it. Great help from Denise and Pedro.

Pretty girl with the long hair at the front desk is AMAZING! left a 5 night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim feeling defeated and immediately felt better once I started talking to "her" (idk her name) I wish I'd have just stayed here all 6 nights.
Rooms are 4 stars because they need new carpets.

Pretty girl with the long hair at the front desk is AMAZING! left a 5 night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim feeling defeated and immediately felt better once I started talking to "her" (idk her name) I wish I'd have just stayed here all 6 nights.
Rooms are 4 stars because they need new carpets.

Not happy... worked all night with nurses & informed the staff at this hotel we would like a room but we would probably be off at 3am we ended up finishing at 5am and our check out time is at noon. Seriously??? We're paying $200 to sleep a couple of hours. This is rediculous. He could've checked us in at 5am today... Never staying here again. Do better double tree.

Not the cleanest hotel I have ever been. The carpets are dirty and our bath towel had spots which was so nasty. On our check in day the staff were so nice and welcoming and on our check out the receptionist was so rude like why we even bothering her asking about 2 over night charges for parking on our bill. So will I come back? thats a pass for me.

Me and my family stayed here for five months while our house was getting renovated. The staff is so warm, attentive and welcoming they made us feel like home.
After trying every single item from the Sonoma Grill menu, trust me when I tell you these are the best creations: the Salmon Entree and the chicken sandwich.
My least favorite things: breakfast and just like other comments mention, the need to get new carpets. But it doesn’t have to do with the overall cleanliness of the hotel, it's more of a renovation issue.
I wish I could name everyone but this will turn into a long post. However, I do want to give special thanks to Antonio and Marcos from the restaurant. These men embody the meaning of great costumer service.
