Stayed here a week at the end of January 2025. The rooms are remodeled and are pretty decent. The staff is really nice and attentive.
I stayed here 4 months ago and there was a funky cigarette smell throughout the entire property. That is gone now and makes it much better. The bartender in the bar is really nice too. She knows how to make the drink right and is pretty friendly so you won't be bored if you are alone on Business.

Wow ! Where to start… Buckets in hallway with smelly water from roof leak. 4 ft area of smelly wet carpet. Sat all 4 days we were there. No one ever emptied buckets.
No microwave in room. Total of 1 microwave in lobby area for all guests use. No water available in room besides bathroom sink water. No water fountain on premises.Front desk gladly sell you one for $6.
Room not very clean. Was long black hairs in bathroom on wall and bath rug. We are blonde so wasn’t ours…
Mold on bathroom ceiling. Shower curtain too narrow so giant puddle of water after shower..
Old worn room furniture. Only nice thing was very comfortable bed.

We have membership to a group of various hotels and this one is part of it. No perks at all. No food discount. 18$ each for a help yourself breakfast which was barely warm. We won't be staying at this location in the future. We did have good food in the bar at 5:30 and bartender was really nice. He took our order and delivered it from the kitchen. Hot food and generous portions, Cuban sandwich and a turkey club,each of us had a beer. 60+ $$.

Average Stay with Room for Improvement
The hotel experience was average overall. While the room was okay, the bathroom was disappointing as the bathtub water wouldn’t drain properly. Additionally, there was no room service available, which made things inconvenient.
On the positive side, they did provide a welcome kit with 2 water bottles, cookies, and jelly, which was a nice touch. However, basic services like regular water supply and room service need to be addressed to improve the guest experience.

We initially thought this hotel offered great value, but our experience was disappointing. When we woke up, we discovered the shower was broken. Upon reporting it, we were informed that maintenance would only be available at 12 PM. This raises serious concerns—what if there were an emergency like a leak or a broken lock? Would they simply apologize and ask us to wait until noon?
Instead of relaxing, we had to move to another room, which was thankfully available. However, no assistance was offered to help us move our belongings. To make matters worse, the breakfast was served cold.
When we requested to speak with the manager, we were told he was only available for a few hours. Additionally, the room phone’s ‘dial 9’ function didn’t work, and when advised to try ‘91,’ that didn’t work either. It felt like one issue after another.
This hotel appears poorly managed. A broken shower, limited maintenance availability, an elusive manager, and malfunctioning systems made our stay far from enjoyable. They suggested emailing the manager, but I doubt it will make a difference.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.”
