Jun 24, 2022 We recently had our wedding at N Star House. It was absolutely perfect. The house and grounds are beautiful and the history adds to the beauty. From the first tour to the final day, Sierra Giannoni, was amazing to work with. She was clear, compassionate, thorough, professional and a joy to work with. Becca helped with the last minute changes due to potential rain and we knew she was there to help as needed. We highly recommend this venue.

Nov 7, 2021 This was our first choice for wedding venue and the site coordinator we had, Sierra, was the absolute best person to facilitate our dream come to life. From day one she was a vital advocate and resource to making sure that our plans went off perfectly - and that we knew our limitations of use very well.
The lawn-side of the house is expansive and theatrical, instrumental for our ceremony. The front-side, with its easy-access U-drive, courtyard, and lawn made for a beautiful reception and dance area.
Sherian was an additional site coordinator and the two of them ensured we had the best experience setting up, enjoying, and tearing down our wedding decorations with little-to-no trouble.
We were so glad we chose North Star House, and we hope to solicit the venue again for events in the future. Thank you!

Feb 14, 2024 My Fiancé and I weren’t having much luck finding a venue within our budget until I came across this beautiful house in Grass Valley! I immediately knew that this was going to be the place for our special day!!!. We were greeted by Sierra and she was amazing! It was pouring rain but she still took us all around the house and answered all of our questions. We appreciate the time and effort she put in to making sure we understood everything. Thank you Sierra for your warm hospitality!

Nov 6, 2023 Beautiful location and house. Great history. Renovation coming along fine without detracting from functionality and ambience. Helpful and sweet and nice event staff. Fabulous space now that works great for functions, and when the renovations complete it'll be even better.
