The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, kind and efficient. Like top tier level hospitality that you would find at a Ritz or 4 seasons. They greet the guests warmly and offer water upon check in. The housekeeping is great and work fast. They cleaned my room while I picked up lunch. Super excellent!

Nice little get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown LA. Most staff was helpful and friends.onsite coin laundry service for$1.75 a load to wash. This is helpful. I didn't ask at the front desk for soap. The breakfast has an updated price $15 per person. We didn't take it up since we were wanted to be at our destinations early each day. Stayed 4 days. Housekeeping was ready to turn the room at 8am. I asked for a return at 9am and it didn't happen. When we got back to our room it was the same. That was a bit disappointing. All in all cozy stay. Air is controlled by the wall thermostat I kept looking for it on the cooling device. Would stay here again. Pool was clean gym was clean.

The staff here is SO nice!! Cute area, very close to the freeway and a beautiful view of the hills and sunset. The food is pretty good from the bistro and the service is wonderful. Staff everywhere here is super friendly and accommodating! Nice and Quiet as well very happy with our choice!

Wouldn't recommend. Was checked into a room nowhere near ready, next room found leftover soap and soap residue, not sure how stringent the cleaning is. Housekeeping tried to enter the day I was checking out just after 8 AM to see if I was checked out, in the midst of a remote meeting. Location is fine if you need it, but imagine there are a lot better options for what you pay

We were here for a few days and enjoyed our stay. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We had breakfast included and it was fresh and better than anticipated. The staff was very friendly and even the other guests were friendly in the elevators and cafe area etc. I liked having control of the AC, and the bathroom was very well ventilated.
