I walked into Club Sportiva and was immediately greeted with great customer service by Emma. She is the Event Manager there. She was able to answer all of my event questions for an upcoming conference I am planning. She was very professional and has been able to assist me with all my questions and needs along the way. Definitely going to plan more events at this venue!

I rented a Lamborghini hurcan for my birthday. I specifically asked if it was a “drop top” or convertible and the guy said yes it is. It’s a hard top that comes down. Well, it wasn’t. Oh well. So I got the car around 11:20 am. First thing was when I came to a stop, a bottle with a dark substance came rolling out from under the seat along with trash from a pack of gum. Looked like urine or alcohol. Gross but again, whatever. Then I noticed when I tried to hook up the Bluetooth to my phone, it would not work for some reason. I drove 20 minutes to the Apple Store to buy an Apple charging cord (it’s the old usb) in the car. I only have the new one. It still wouldn’t work. It was static and would keep disconnecting. I called them and they couldn’t help. The final straw was when I was driving it and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree with all kinds of warning lights. Low oil to low fluid etc. at that point I parked home and told them I wasn’t comfortable driving it. The guy said there has been electrical issues with the vehicle in the past. A couple hours later the brought an Audi R8 I believe and I drove that. The experience sucked. They wouldn’t even give me extra time that I missed out on waiting on the other car. The experience sucked and they seemed very cheap. Not accommodating at all for inconvience of no music, driving and spending money on a new older style charger that still wouldn’t work etc. I would not recommend this place. Spend it somewhere where the customer service is priority. Not getting the customers money. I won’t be using them again. You figure for $2,400 for 1 day, they would try to give u a great experience. Not this place!

I attended my companies holiday party at Club Sportiva and it was an amazing venue. The coordination of the event was flawless and the exotic cars were great! We had poker tables and a full casino set up, which was a lot of fun. Highly recommended for any parties, events or company off-sites. I will push my manager to hold the party there next year!
