The hotel was beautiful and every staff member was friendly and accommodating.
I accidentally left my favorite bottle of perfume in my hotel room when I checked out. When I called to check the lost and found they not only had the perfume, but shipped it to me for free. I offered to pay for the shipping and thanked them profusely for their kindness. Excellent and friendly service. Thank you so much!

Overall service was great. Not a big "lake" but the lake view was great. The breakfast choices were enough for a long stay, but the over-cooked bacon and salty sausage in the classical set ($10) were not my preference. It's a pet-friendly hotel, so you may even have breakfast with your pet at the restaurant. Take a walk along the lake and meet many people walking their dog.

This was an amazing stay and we enjoyed every second of it; The rooms were beautiful and so clean, I love the wood floors and the room decor! I would 100% recommend this to anyone to stay at and would love to stay here again in the future. 😊 The Staff were super kind and accommodating, I have only amazing things to say!

Earlier this year I stayed at this hotel in a very nice lakeside balcony room. I wanted to return and eight weeks ago booked with confirmation a similar room for three nights. When I arrived to check in on December 8, they said, sorry, we have none of those rooms available and they attempted to relegate me to a standard room. I said no thank you, it's not what I booked or wanted and proceeded to book a beautiful room at another close by hotel. Obviously confirmed reservations don't mean much at Avenue of the Arts.
